- Smoked Turkey >>>>>Deep Fried Turkey

- KSR is right, no point in arguing about Stoops being fired. It’s a waste of time.

- #23 recruiting class with loads of youth on this team is promising. I’ve seen it posted here there are locker room cancers involved and I hope that didn’t bleed through to the FR/Soph’s that we will be depending on.

Got to be careful in the portal, and that’s it from me on football until next September.

- I still miss the turn to December and knowing IU, UNC and UL are coming up each of the next 3 Saturdays. How hard is it to make that right?

- The guy I paid to put our lights up decided his lift needed to go thru our sod that was 4 weeks from being laid. Was even given warning he should come up the drive and across the landscaping.

Needless to say he is now replacing our sod in freezing weather.

- Anyone else struggle to get their kids Xmas list? Seriously my parents had ours before Thanksgiving with exact locations of items and prices in order of importance.

krazy, I love you, man. But you do realize this number is about to absolutely bottom out through the basement floor and to the core of the planet…right?

I wouldn’t be surprised if every recruit we have decommits at this point.

(Not to mention losing all of the halfway decent players we already do have to the portal.)

Yep. We're standing on the precipice, and Mitch is blissfully unaware (or doesn't give a f*ck)

It is unfathomable; that Stoops is actually going to be allowed to come back next year. A bad season, on it's own, wouldn't normally warrant a firing, but combined with him leaving last year, forfeiting a bowl game, and two years probation, well... Like I said; why in the hell is this even a DEBATE ? That f*ckstick should already have his house up for sale.

Well there was reason to believe the same last year as he accepted the A&M job, and it didn’t happen.

If there is anything Stoops does right it’s getting/keeping players.

I understand your point and would normally agree but I haven’t seen a motivated Stoops in 2-3 years so I’ll hold on to hope until he leaves.

Which is why his little pony up quip will go on his effigy if he doesn't find another gig or retire soon. He got everyone he wanted and we hardly lost anyone. The most talented roster (on paper) in 12 years.

4-8

I agree with everything said, no excuses and best case is he finds somewhere to go.

Until then that’s my lazy, drunk, undisciplined dipshit and based on his other 10 years here I’ll give him benefit of the doubt until he leaves.

I said FR/Soph because I do expect an exodus off this team, but I don’t think it affects the recruiting class.

I’ll add I truly believe BVG was a divide on this team because I think players knew he wasn’t the guy but the coaches couldn’t not play him because Wimstatt couldn’t win and Boley “wasn’t ready”.

I believe we have a solid core to build around with a ton of potential, but we will see soon enough how things shake out.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I was extremely happy last year, when Stoops decided to come back, and essentially said, "He's the best we're ever going to do."

If I have a choice, I'd like my crow batter fried; just give me a few minutes to remove the foot from my mouth.

Last year was the "fix things" year. The year before that had been a huge disappointment despite Levis coming back and an offensive line that was subpar. Last year, the line was even worse with Coen and offensive line that was one of the worst in college football and a QB who had been all-ACC but looked completely lost with us. It was two years in a row of bullshit coming into this season and the same issues became a five-alarm fire this year. Don't tell us you're going back to work, especially after probation and the A&M affair. He's had his chance, get the FO now. Fire him this week and let the lawyers work it out. There's plenty of ammunition laying around to get a reasonable buyout.
