-4 mile walk with the dog earlier, 71 and sunny, can’t ask for much else, especially in February. Took the shirt off and got some much needed vitamin D by the gulf.

-Been wondering what the heck I’m going to do for work now seeing that the two bar jobs I actually want and would like to work at hadn’t ever called back.

The one I interviewed with as soon as I came back from KY like 3 weeks ago texted this morning and I’m on which is pretty dope.

Closed Sundays, open at 11, close at 10. I mean, that’s dream hours almost. Basically could keep all my routines I have, well besides mindlessly walking with my dog stoned around downtown St Pete in the middle of the day, I will miss that.

Was close to hitting up some Kava/Coffee shops downtown those places are pretty packed and my friend that works at one says he does great.

* bBdk was spot-on: something about cutting through construction paper with scissors is straight relaxing nostalgia.

Other school favorites:

- using a manual pencil sharpener and getting it all the way down to eraser (and the eraser was the ones you capped onto the existing eraser)
- Putting Elmer's glue all over your hands, letting it dry, and peeling it off like it was dead skin.
- smelling those Crayola markers.
- the scent of opening your lunchbox

* Speaking of scissors, getting your ears lowered in a barber's chair (complete with old timers' conversations in the background) is a low-key relaxing 15 minutes each month.

* Always puts a smile on my face to see a "Mail Pouch" barn still standing.

* Huge fan of Dale's Steak Seasoning; especially on pork.

* Do they still put prizes/surprises in cereal boxes? Nothing...and I mean NOTHING...will every top when Honey Combs put bicycle license plates in their boxes for us.

* Thirty years ago was the Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras Miracle. I bet that is one of my most replayed UK videos ever. What a feeling that night was going to bed.

Cats by 15.

-I’m sure we’ve all watched that 100x. I used to have the dvd of it. It’s like Shannon said on KSR, every time you start watching you’re like no flipping way they can comeback.

I remember coming into 6th grade lunch and seeing my boy Matt that day, just smiles and high fives. His mom dropped an extra Salisbury steak and two extra rolls on our plate in the lunch line that day.

Only a short two years later I’d be walking the halls of West Hardin in a smooth 00 Delk (cat claw or whatever they’re called) full jersey on the way to the ‘96 title.

Every time Rob kicks his leg out for no reason it makes me irrationally irritated. Who in the NBA started that crap? Harden?

Shep doesn’t even have 2 fouls. Saving him for the 2nd half I guess.

Dilly is off tonight. Of course that can change on a dribble, bounce, shot but as of now he is not good.

great finish. Punish them the first 8:00 and let him screw around with funky lineups to finish the half and try to get guys in their groove.

You can see the path to something fun.
