Trying to get a little kid to sit still to clean out their ears without hurting them if you're using a curette or making a mess if irrigating the ear, is a bargain at $115.

Wolves Among Us: The Larry Lavin Story

...Ivy League educated Dentist who was simultaneously running the one of the largest Cocaine Enterprises in the country, spanning 13 states. Just an incredible story.

Mark Bowden (Killing Pablo, Blackhawk Down) wrote a book about him, "Dr. Dealer" that PTI(pti) put me onto way back in the day, but the podcast is super dope b/c it's told by Larry himself & all his associates.

It's awesome.

- We deposed a doctor who does spine surgeries and he gets a cool $1500 for a procedure the hospital bills 50k for. The billed amount pre-insurance/write-offs is always astronomically, artificially high because all the insurance contracts mean the doctors never actually get paid in full. So next time you bitch about the cost of a procedure, remember how many hands are out waiting for a cut and don't lay all the blame on the doc. Was I butthurt about paying $100 to get to urgent care Saturday? Obviously, but I'd pay multiple times that if it meant I got the Tamiflu prescription.

Also if they billed $115 to pull friggin earwax out of a kid's ear, that's a bargain. Earwax is lowkey one of the more disgusting bodily substances. I mean, have you smelled that stuff? Yikes.
keep stuff like this in mind if you ever catch yourself debating with someone who thinks the government should provide healthcare to everyone

Some enterprising Indian kid named Marwen(Marvin if he was white) down here had all the freshman football players send invites to all their social media contacts for a homecoming after party this weekend. They are expecting 500-1000 kids show up.

This was last week so they've had plenty of time to get excited and not plan their own parties. Last night he dropped a $20 cover charge on them. Some are mad but most are still going according to my nephew.

Reese's is not the correct answer. First of all, you have to order extra stuff, or it's not even worth it. Even then, it's just more extra Reese's dust. The Reese's blizzard lacks flavor and substance. Butterfinger suffers from the same issue.

If you can't handle the bold and full flavored M&M blizzard, stay the f out the frozen dairy treat kitchen.

Oreo is probably the best, honestly.

Heath is also an acceptable answer.

Snickers is pretty dope.
