Given how great Oscar is playing it's not like we miss Duren, but he has to be kicking himself.

(or, more likely, he really doesn't give a sh!t, and has probably already started lining up agents. )

So you can literally poison yourself every day but we’re the dummies? If they introduced alcohol today it would be banned quicker than anything. Got nothing against it just don’t be running down my LEGAL flower that grows from the earth and needs nothing to work it’s magic. 😎

I was kidding. I don’t care, buddy.

Rewatching the UofL game with a buzz. #whynot Blue Run Cask Rye, OFBS Pick (134 proof), Remus V flight. Will Levis… if this dude comes back, we win east. Fight me. Kinnard is pancaking fools in this game.

Lasagne assembly fest tomorrow for 7-fish XMas eve dinner next week. 35 guests. Baccala zeppoli, Linguini Alici… other stuff. Ricotta Cheesecake. I have 4 siblings with grown-up kids…. They’re bringing other fishy shit.

It took 5 days from 12/1 app date for UK to accept my son. He has 11 more applications out there and not a peep. Apps in on 10/28. This is so consuming…Weird. I miss him already.

Hes gonna be a monster this year in 400m and 800m, 4x800m. Worked so hard. Nice to see self discipline. Bragging-sorry.

After lasagnas are in freezer, off to New Haven and Sally’s apizza.

That tornado is on steroids and wiping out everything in it’s path. The weather forecasters are now using “tornado emergency” warnings which means you’re definitely getting whacked.

Hopefully legal and some of you other far western ky boys buttoned down. This one doesn't look like a drill.

Sounds like Mayfield has been destroyed. Seems like Lexington is just outside of anything major but still makes me nervous going to bed with it heading our way.

They just showed the Mayfield Courthouse before and after. The whole top is gone and it looks like the area had been bombed.
The aerial footage of the complete path of this tornado will be unreal.

My cousin’s kid is a deputy in McCracken. They’ve been tasked to help in Mayfield. He said he has been pulling dead bodies from the rubble since he got there.

Saying a tornado touched down here in Mount Washington but not by me. All we got was half dollar sized hail thankfully.

We’ll see shortly as reports start rolling in.

Well , apparently I slept through it all here in Paducah. I guess that’s what a bunch of bourbon and come to Jesus moment with the other half will do to a man. Prayers to those in Mayfield.

Also, looks like it went right over @legalbeagle123 house. Hope he and his are ok.

The main tornado missed our house by less than half mile. Neighbors sustained major damage but the two I’ve talked to are uninjured. Sounded and felt like a plane taking off when the pilot engages full throttle. Hard to describe the feeling of seeing the circle of debris on the radar headed directly toward you. We were in the bathroom with all the dogs wearing motorcycle helmets.

Haven’t fully assessed our place yet but already considering us extremely blessed to say the least. But we are all waking up to what looks like a war zone from the few photos I’ve seen. This will be an epic recovery effort.

The sound is terrifying. I haven’t been through that serious of a tornado but when we fled from Irma in 2017, went to to Tampa and rode out a CAT 3 it sounded like screaming children or a train whistle nonstop.

Watching it unfold on TV was so surreal. Just knowing that wherever it went there would be terrible damage.

I have never heard the weather people talk about an event in the way they did as it was happening. They were in disbelief. They had radar images of the debris field reaching unbelievable heights.

We got very lucky here in Paducah. My heart is breaking for all those who weren’t so lucky.

reported that debris went as high as 30,000 feet. Unreal.

Waking up and seeing the pictures makes me feel bad for staying in bed when the kids and their mom went down stairs.

our county coroner is going west to help out which is about that saddest thing I’ve ever heard.

this is a sad situation for anyone but these tight knit Kentucky towns really come together in times like this. Always have always will.

pray, call, head that way, donate. Anyone and everyone can help out in some way
