Is it the most egregious act in history? Clearly not. But refusing to properly secure them, when it takes almost NO effort indicates a more serious personality flaw. I'm not even kidding. If I owned a company, and saw an employee just abandoning the cart, I'd have serious second thoughts about ever promoting them etc.
