Ware’s touch around the basket amazes me, not sure I’ve ever seen anything like it. I’ll never forget he managed to stick the ball on a 2 foot shot the last game he saw action in. That speedball he just threw off the backboard is actually an improvement.

Trash-ass, rock fight basketball and ESPN makes sure we get to look at the projections for the 1 and 2 seeds to remember we don't even get to participate.

We got screwed out of one tournament last year and our coach has doubled down for us. Makes me absolutely sick that most of the college basketball fans in America are getting ready to get back to a (sort-of) normal March Madness and we're going to spend another year without it. F*ck you for this, Cal.

Can we make a run?

Nobody else find it curious Brooks, our best overall player, is operating as our 8th or 9th man this late in the season? He's apparently not even a candidate for a starting position, or even primary role.

Something else going on there? B/c it makes absolutely zero sense, especially with these teams zoning us now...him flashing the middle so easily our best option vs that.

Meanwhile, we treat Sarr as if he's Embiid, forcing him in the post over and over and over again, where he has about a 4% success rate and very rarely even gets an actual shot to the rim -- it's just unbelievable to watch.

-Resident HS Basketball honk Harmon has seen Reed play a few times, and will be in the house tonight. He was super impressed with his actual PG skills -- says he can and will play pretty much anywhere he wants when the time comes.

Duke would be fitting.

Who knows what Cal and his staff think? I’ve said before I’d like to see everyone gone but Lucas. Time for Robes to become equipment manager and Barbee, Justice to get head coach jobs somewhere, even if it’s high school ball. Actually, Lucas and Bruiser staying are fine, Bruiser actually won a game Cal had lost and played Allen. Other than that Robes, Barbee and Justice need to :

He would have had to miss EKU/Morehead & LexCath/Laurel. Tough call for him, I'm sure.

Plus, he's resting for the MWC Tourney in Vegas next weekend where he will attend all sessions. What a weirdo.

-Oh, hey Keion! What a SMART MOVE by Cal to start him the 2H!!!!

Boston gives up on a play because he got his shirt pulled, then yucks it up on the other end, pretty much sums this teams attitude up. Liggins woulda shanked somebody if they pulled that shit.

If that kid goes to Duke they will have to call in the national guard at Cal’s house.

I've said it before, but Mintz deserved better than this. He's one of the only guys out there with a little pride and a winner's mentality. He'd fit in just fine on any of our championship teams as the 6th man or maybe even 5th starter and we'd love him. This shit show is beneath him.

Allen doesn’t shoot a shot but instead feeds the post........because he is cold and trying to get in the flow. Makes sense

Next trip on defense Sarr gets caught overplaying a switch(which we don’t switch) so his man catches an alley-oop. Of course it was Allen’s man that made the play so naturally Boston pops up to go get Allen out of the game.

Not trying to be overboard with the Allen stuff, but my god man. F Cal.

Also in his first run of minutes, Sarr was repeatedly trying to dribble into traffic under the basket and Allen was wide open on the perimeter just waiting for the kick out.

You see Sarr’s highlights in the ACC and you think, wow, he was third team all ACC in that league. As a Senior under Cal he could be an All SEC player and have us a top 10 team. Nope, he’s simply just as soft as they come, cannot blame Cal on not helping his pro prospects.

Are we down 15 ? The tone of the in game thread I would think we are getting our shit pushed in ??? Crazy, I know.

Boston with 18/4/2/ and Sarr with 15/4/2 and both getting shit on. Cute.

Boston 6/11 (5/8) Sarr 6/11 (1/1) Mintz 6/12 (6/11)

Watched Reed last night. If your asking me if he will be better than his dad, easy yes. Reminds me of Herro with better athleticism and he can pass. Last night he had a bunch of turnovers but it was long passes and others screwing up for the most part. He threw some nasty dimes and has a great feel for the game. He would make a great impact in year one at Kentucky, even if he reclassified. He’s a major stud.

Nice dunk from him last night.

23 looked like a big-time rim protector too!
