I am by no means a legal ball, but I’m pretty sure that bill says the exact opposite, krazy.

What makes you say that?

"Further, nothing contained in KRS 158.035, 194A.025, 214.010, 214.020, 12 214.032 to 214.036, 214.990, or KRS Chapter 211, shall be construed to permit the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, or any other agent or instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to require the immunization of any person"

[Taken from the actual text of the proposed bill that krazy referenced.]

You can't vaccinate a kid without parents approval.

Not quite true, actually. Here is the current enacted version of KRS 214.036:

Nothing contained in KRS 158.035, 214.010, 214.020, 214.032 to 214.036, and 214.990 shall be construed to require the testing for tuberculosis or the immunization of any child at a time when, in the written opinion of his attending physician, such testing or immunization would be injurious to the child's health. Nor shall KRS 158.035, 214.010, 214.020, 214.032 to 214.036, and 214.990 be construed to require the immunization of any child whose parents are opposed to medical immunization against disease, and who object by a written sworn statement to the immunization of such child on religious grounds. Provided, however, that in the event of an epidemic in a given area, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may, by emergency regulation, require the immunization of all persons within the area of epidemic, against the disease responsible for such epidemic.

In other words, the bill that krazy referenced appears to be intended to do the exact effing opposite of what he is talking about (which never really happened anyway but was technically possible).

Literally amazing.

Contrary to what SAE and WCC* types are trying to do, I'm confident in an America that wouldn't force emergency use vaccinations on children when no trials have even been done on them, and the virus is completely harmless for them.

*This isn't hyperbole, wcc and sae are literally in favor of a communist socialism dictatorship.

Hank, are you saying the bill is to eliminate the possibility to immunize against a parents will?

Good deal, so I misworded something I misunderstood.

I’ll take that! Pretty close if you ask me.

Next time someone compares your success to Forrest Gump instead of getting angry you should refer back to this post and your complete lack of reading comprehension and just think, “yeah they may have a point”

All these words when GFY works.

Get pumped loser!

I’m not upset, your willingness to talk down to someone that was basically right is on cue.

Sure maybe I misworded what is actually being voted “for” but it’s the same damn difference to those that aren’t being over technical for argument sake.

You weren’t basically right though, you were completely wrong, like the exact opposite of what is actually happening.

I said this is a vote to vaccinate kids. Technically that’s already allowed, and this is to stop that legality.

Same difference.

Same difference, which since everyone including you laughed “lol krazy you can’t vaccinate kids without parent permission”

I never said you can’t vaccinate kids without permission. So you’re still wrong.

Feel free not to respond though if you want it to be over!

Immanuel Quickley is terrible, and I've been on top of it all season.

Wednesday = 1-12, 9 points
Sunday = 1-5, 5 points
Tonight = 1-5, 3 points

Had to sign a written warning at work this morning.

Calling your boss out on Microsoft Teams, in fact telling him his decision making lacks nuance of thought and logic, and is indicative of a smooth brain doesn't play well. (even if you're correct)
