So Cal is out there maximizing kids best skills and minimizing their weaknesses???

BCTC—>UK—>BCTC for me. Last time I checked I have a home that would be valued at over half a million dollars if it was in the 40502, and my boys are on the fast track to the MLB. But please keep in mind I am poor white trash from jessamine county

I respect Cal's Daddness by bribing a basketball program with a game against Kentucky in return for giving his son a scholarship to play basketball. No program in the country would agree to do that if not for the quid pro quo.

Pretty big day around here.

* I’m now registered for a national diversity and inclusion conference right here in town. Serving as an ambassador, of course.

* Half jokingly replied to a Facebook comment, and my dog will be auditioning for his first movie role in the morning. The films animal handler will be coming by to visit and give him a look.

Things are really happening in my life. Fuh real.

I’m literally in downtown Lexington after my interview on the side of the road trying to find Rupp arena...didn’t follow the map directions from off of 64 (cause I’m cool) and am near Main Street ...but apparently on the wrong end

Feel really good about hating Wenyen while he was here.

With that said, I would absolute read an entire book written by him...or Doron, John Wall, etc etc. I really enjoyed reading that tweet, a lot more than watching him play basketball.

Gabriel is a mediocre NBA talent with some upside.

Cal dropped some line like "Son, with some serious work, I could even see you developing into a 6'10 shooting guard."

Next thing you know, Wenyen thinks he's gd Kevin Garnett and everyone is dumber for it.
 
Wenyen goes anywhere else they use him the same way except they don't tell him to go learn how to shoot 3s, he gets double teams every game instead of guys helping off of him, he doesn't get to develop against NBA level talent in practice every day, and he never makes an NBA roster, TMFS. Gabriel should be UK's biggest cheerleader. He came to us as an awkward baby giraffe with zero ball skills, who couldn't shoot. You're welcome, you gangly-ass MFer.

-One of my favorite things about our school district is the fact that they’ve rejected federal funds for school lunches (since 2014) and are allowed to serve whatever they want. The first year the turned down $260k and revenue went up... “Hey, Michelle! Come see about it.”

- Crab apple wars were Armageddon as a kid. -And we all had slingshots and nobody lost an eye. The best was the sound of the richochet off of the big electrical box that you were crouched behind for cover. Some memories just get you a lil’ misty about growing up in unincorporated Boone Co. Drees Subdivision.

- I’m well into my third month at my new gig and still spend most of my time just watching webinars of new software and workflows that I may need to do at some point. Most “real work” they give me takes me about 20mins when it used to take them 4hrs. I bet I’ve been billable for about 8hrs/wk. Kinda concerning???

So how did this DM from Wenyen become public? I mean, yeah it’s not a great look but whatever, life is hard. You wanna come play on the big stage and make it to the NBA, I think HOFCJC has a pretty established record. Man up bitches.

Apologies for 'wowing,' then. Was obviously shooting for the larger point that these more recent performances would have come in handy in March.

Hopefully KJ's summer game w/ 29 at least impressed everyone else in the hostel.
