Grant Macciocchi - 2 way threat

Grant will be playing in 2019 after redshirting in 2018 and according to this tweet, he is a 2 way threat. I don't think we have had a hitting pitcher (or a pitching hitter) since AJ Reed, have we?

Actually, Johnson is supposedly going to switch to pitching full time.

In all seriousness, I was really excited to see Grant play last year, but unfortunately that got derailed by an injury. If he is a two way player he will be a little unique in that right because he may very well be playing a middle infield spot.

Roger, I posted on another thread on this forum with my predictions (probably terrible ones) for who will be starting in 2019. It is a long way and we currently have something like 14 guys that will have to be cut or redshirt to get down under the required numbers.
