yepWasn't this the same guy that said both Vince Marrow and Carrington Valentine would be with UofL next year?
seems like a distinction without a difference but okay.OP needs reading retention classes. Goodwin very well may enter the portal but the title of this thread says “Goodwin enters…….”. Then the tweet he posts clearly says INTENDS. Are you that desperate for hits that you just create false news? Why not just title the thread “Goodwin INTENDS to enter the portal”.
Good lord calm down.OP needs reading retention classes. Goodwin very well may enter the portal but the title of this thread says “Goodwin enters…….”. Then the tweet he posts clearly says INTENDS. Are you that desperate for hits that you just create false news? Why not just title the thread “Goodwin INTENDS to enter the portal”.
You saying he took it hard?I’m sure Cox news yesterday
Yes and I'm not sure the kid has the "want to" to put in the level of work he needs to to be good at this level.Intends isn't the same thing as actually doing it. Also as noted this source is notorious for being wrong.
I posted here for months this kid has a long way to go before he will be contributing at T for anyone. We'll see what happens
And Cincinnati. And Cleveland. And Philadelphia. Our relationships in Nashville & Detroit just became a lot more important.
Maybe he wasn't ready to play and they didn't want to put him in at LT, a position where he is protecting the blindside of the QB, out of fear that Levis gets hurt worse than he already was. Not everything is the coaches fault and he was a true freshman and probably like most just not ready to play.Yenser and Scangerello/Stoops gave the kid every reason to leave by not playing him some amount of snaps at LT against good competition.
This would allow the coaches to actually grade KG on real game action, and would have allowed KG the opportunity to know first hand what he needed to work on to be able to play LT against SEC competition.
God knows we struggled at LT most of the year. No reason KG could not have gotten a few snaps.
He did play on special teams all year IIRCHard to miss someone who contributed nothing. Prefer he stays, but if not, good luck
He did play on special teams all year IIRC
Exactly. I hope he stays, but if he did not break the lineup last year, he would not have played at any school seriously on his list out of high school.Next man up.
Well, I hope this isn’t true, but I do remember Doug Williams, one of the best Offensive linemen in high school. He was 6 foot 5, 275 pounds and signed with Kentucky and couldn’t beat a 6 foot 3, 250 pound Ron Bojalad. He transferred to Texas A&M and became an All American. Things like this have happened before here, just hope it’s nothing.
AgreedNGL, I would like to see him come back, but I'm not gonna wig out about it.
