Had my attention for all of 3 seconds.Who in the world thought an indoor golf league was a good idea? It’s unwatchable.

Pretty much. Probably more entertaining to watch some hacks at Top Golf w/ a bucket of brews.
Sometimes you wonder how such dumbass ideas gain enough traction to get put on TV as entertainment What's next, a televised pinball league?
Only way I would watch that shite would be if I was in a straight jacket sitting next to Jack Nicholson in the asylum in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nestWell, they do show cornhole, pickleball, darts, axes, and a few other snooze fests, so evidently nothing is off the table.
YouTube golf in general is more entertaining than any PGA or LIV event. Initially, I was a doubter but have grown to like it.30 minutes of watching Kyle Berkshire on youtube on the range and in a sim hitting 450 yd drives and 300 yd 8I >>>>>>>>>>>>> TGL.
I will never watch one event.Well, looks like LIV just signed a deal with FOX to broadcast its events, so at least they have a TV platform.
5 out of 14 events in wee hours of morning. 2 breakfast tournaments and other half in US tv window. Not sure how many will watch tape delay.Well, looks like LIV just signed a deal with FOX to broadcast its events, so at least they have a TV platform.
Brandel Chamblee has thrown out the idea that LIV basically just bought the time from Fox, he may be just throwing shade . . . but it would not surprise me5 out of 14 events in wee hours of morning. 2 breakfast tournaments and other half in US tv window. Not sure how many will watch tape delay.
As stated earlier, they have not added anyone new. A third of their roster is over 40.
Only 6 fully exempt for for all 4 majors.
This is not an elite roster. Maybe 4-5 players are relevant.
But, shorts and rock and roll…..
@Tskware ....let us know what Champions says when you stroll in rocking your new gray sweats like Day. My guess is you won't get past the pro shop....lol.
Don't think I could play with that kid. I may not be great, but I sure as hell am not slow.
Professional golf needs a shot clock implemented in some form. Both women and men. They are slow because they get away with it. The "group is now on the clock" is pure BS. I can't recall the last time a player was penalized because of slow play. For the life of me I will never understand why a professional needs to take several practice swings, look at a target many times and stand over a ball for seconds before they hit. They hit so many balls their routine should be a very rapid process for them. Add range finders to all tournaments to speed their caddies up and get on with it.
