Cases are few, but are on the rise. There is a recent National Geographic article out, but you must be a subscriber. It discusses a rise in cases in Florida after the 2024 hurricanes. The uptick in rare, potentially fatal, diseases appears to be related to global warming events. Reports of infection are not limited to Florida:

But rising ocean temperatures due to global warming are creating new habitats for this type of bacteria, which can now be found along the East Coast as far north as New York and Connecticut. A recent study noted that Vibrio vulnificus wound infections increased eightfold between 1988 and 2018 in the eastern U.S."
Anything else increased in this country the last 10 years besides the imaginary temperature.

AI has plenty to say about global warming and climate change. A simple google search for AI on the topic will yield an incredible number of hits, presenting confirmation, forecasts and possible solutions. Essentially, AI supports the position that accelerated global warming is man-made. To my view, that is not a surprise, as it essentially mines the data out there. However, it probably goes without saying, AI can be artificially unintelligent, too ... or more simply, wrong or inaccurate. Still, I find it interesting, if nothing else, to see what AI says about global warming and climate change.

Common sense says there is way more money behind big oil and big Coal and their lobbyists than what is behind scientists.
Like I said… none of that money comes my way. And based on the decline in coal-fired power generation, whatever money they spend is pretty useless. As for crude oil, unless you want to give up using basically everything produced in a factory, crude oil isn’t going anywhere.
But at the end of the day, the emissions from fossil fuel generation aren’t moving the needle near enough to warrant all the crazy “green energy” nonsense that many leftists and leftist states are pushing.

How many green energy companies went belly up after getting big money from the Government. Under Obama there were about 37 of them. Makes you wonder if the businesses were legit or pay back for supporting him during his campaigns for president. Man made global climate change is a farce.
Got to cover the bases again because they probably see it happening. First, its Global Warming! Doom and Gloom coming every 10 years for the last 70 or so years. After a while these con men decided they had used that long enough and the people were beginning to get suspicious. Then, Climate Change! Even though “Climate Change” is the new buzzword rather than “Global Warming”, I find it kind of funny people don’t realize India and China aren’t going to do anything to effectively change their energy practices. They’d rather we suffer economically so they can virtue signal. Maybe in 10 years we can celebrate all the doomsday predictions by meeting up and going skiing on Kilimanjaro.
