That was actually a good drive, but also a frustrating one because those types of plays worked well on the first drive, then we didn’t run any more of them until now when it’s likely too late to have any shot at winning. Wasting the entire middle portion of the game with the run, run, screen, punt routine cost us any chance at the upset.
No ref is calling that. Not in major college FB

I am proud of the defense, it’s hard to keep going out there when the offense is not helping. They have played really tough today.
On the first two downs every series when every defense knows it coming, no they don’t. Run the ball but have some variety and unpredictability to the play calling
