He hasn't played that good. But his runs are killing us since we can't tackle him.
He has been excellent. Kept plays alive, scrambled when the pocket broke (Towles needs to improve on this), made timely throws, etc.
I've been saying it would be a low scoring game. I think UK is in a great position to come out strong in the second half.
I agree this is an embarrasment. We won't beat them anytime soon if we don't win tonight and so far we aren't even fighting.

Stop that. Most of us have seen all the loses, very few of us have seen a win. We're all used to losing to Florida. I think we have every right to be mad.
Our O-Line is getting owned and owned big time (since the first FG drive). If we don't take the ball and score the first drive of the second half, this is over if Florida scores next. This is a golden opportunity (UF, Mizzou and EKU coming up) - be a shame for us to blow it to a very mediocre Florida team.
We can still win this game. Stranger things have happened.

Baker beat Hargreaves on the dropped touchdown pass. They need to not be scared to throw at those corners if they want to win this game.
An opening 2nd half drive that results in 7 points is our only hope in my honest opinion.
This would do 3 things:
Get the score to 14-10.
Get the crowd back in the game.
Give the D more time to rest.

Very lucky its 14-3. It's been a 40-3 effort so far and will end up that way unless this team comes out a LOT more focused and motivated.
Could be UF just has more talent and now a coach that can put it together. They look better coached and believe in their game plan. I pray we can pull out the win......but coming from 11 down against a UF team that is playing lights out on the defensive side of the ball and pretty darn good on the offensive side, makes the chances of that look pretty weak.
I think many on this board that have been shouting how bad Florida was/is, forget that this ain't Will Muschamp coaching a talented program anymore. Patrick Towles had better get his head in the game a find his open targets and when he feels the heat at his ankles, then throw the freaking ball away, don't take the sack.

I'm not disagreeing. I'm just saying they can't be scared to at those guys if they want to win. The current gameplan is not working.
I think screens and flares to our elusive backs is our only chance.
