It's not gonna happen this year folks. Deja Vu all over again. The team from the 2nd half of the USC game is who showed up tonight. It is really tough to come back from that poor of a first half. We are really lucky to be within 2 scores.
A QB needs to have a mental clock. If the plays not there in 2-3 seconds then go to plan B. Tuck and run or chuck it into section 208. Think our boy just stares one reliever down for like 2.8 seconds then curls up. I know some don't like to hear it but his mental game just isn't where his physical tools are.
I am not saying we need to abandon the run.
But we need to come out like game busters and move the chains. I would like to see us in shotgun and leave both backs in to actually block.
Nothing will be more depressing than see us come out in the second half and run the ball two times and then fail a third and long. UF has the momentum and we need to come out after halftime the way USC came out last week. Before this gets out of reach. Time for the staff to make some adjustments.

Boom is the only thing that is producing any yards at this point. Take him out of the gameplan and have Towles fire out of the shotgun every play will result in sure 3 and outs, or perhaps turnovers as well.
It never was a good win. It wasn't a good win last year, at least not over a good team. Any SEC win is nice, but it was not like SC was going to do anything great last year or this year. Honestly if this score holds up UK has not done anything it didn't do last year (other than beating SC on the road instead of home, but now appear to lose to FL at home instead of on the road). Games against EKU, Charlotte, and @Vandy remain...but other than that, not easy pickings for that 6th win. I think they can beat Missouri and should beat UL.
And Jason, Missouri appears to suck, hey word APPEARS. We shall see next week. And Towles with another sack taken...the O-line is awful.
I think that one may have been on the Florida secondary, at least in part. They are pretty awesome.
