That is 2 in a row, 3 of 5 with one loss being covid year. And 2 of 3 at gainesville
Great win. Not taking anything away but it helps when their qb can’t complete a pass to his own receivers. Even at the end of the game against a 3 man rush.

Wow, despite the bad calls and no calls we won, it should have even been by more but a one point win would have been good enough. The defense was good all game and the offensive line redeemed themselves in the second half. It feels so good!

I know since football analytics have come a long way it's been shown that teams should go for it on 4th down more often than they were in the past.
Having said that, I can't see how both of those decisions to go for it were the correct ones in Florida's case.
It was the exact opposite of conservativeness. It was complete stupidity IMO.

lol who knew all we had to do was start a WR as QB to beat them. We would have done that decades earlier haha.

Our defense played lights out. White earned his keep tonight.
Scangarello is a better play-caller than Coen, imho. Going under center so much really helps us and our OL.
Yeah TBH it's extremely hard to even know where exactly we stand, UF stands or Utah stands. They moved UF up because they beat a ranked Utah team. But how good was Utah to begin with? Who knows.
I know one thing. We are definitely better than UF.
Valentine made some big plays as well. Nice to see his improvement. He doesn't make many if any of those plays last year.

Getting Jordan Wright back was key to the win tonight.
The media did the Richardson kid no favors, he has talent but he has to drastically improve as a passer. And for the defense they stepped up and deserve Al lathe praise they are about to get

I was not ok with the first one. The second one was fine.
Stoops is the man, but he does pucker at times. And that first one looked waaaay to safe.
Utah was inside the Florida 10 twice and came away with nothing. That’s what happened in that game.
Yep, we have been good at home and now we are starting to consistently win road games that we should/can. Stoops has laid the foundation of success. He recruits the trenches and defense and that wins in the SEC.
