Occam's Razor - There's somebody in the NCAA eligibility office who's in charge of taking care of UK's players who has chucked Z's file into a drawer with a note to open on the 27th and deny him. They're just making us wait this out to troll us. They have zero intention of clearing him.
 
We know if this was anywhere other than Kentucky this already would have occurred.
I’m not disagreeing, but are there examples of players with similar situations from overseas that have been deemed eligible at other schools faster?
 
Enes Kanter scenario all over again? The real joke is that none of the kids are amateurs at this point. NIL is being used to pay players out in the open at many schools. What is the point these days? You might as well let them play, because the window for meaningful rules enforcement ended when the NCAA passed on bringing down UNC, Kansas, and UL.
