Four Maui Invitational games on espn2 today

Also means 1 legit team will lose all 3 games. Ouch.

And yeah I know chaminade has won a game a few times but almost always a win for 7th place team lol.
Yeah, it’s most important to win the first game to get on the right side of the bracket so you don’t get worse than 4th. I think it gets teams used to the tourney format and playing games back to back for later in the year.

I thought you couldn’t have more than one team from a conference? How did Colorado and Iowa State end up in there together?

Cant wait until we are back in that.

The fact that Cal took us out of Maui, and left us out, shows how he thought he was bigger than what was going on here. Playing in some stupid ass home classic every year, and then losing in the champions, only to be told we were built for March. Good riddance.

I remember the good old days where The Great Alaskan Shootout was a big tournament that good teams played in.

Yes Sir, it was a great tournament. Back when you played and worked hard to improve after seeing what you working with at the beginning of the year. Not trying to hide deficiencies of players your trying to push to the league.

Memphis CAN bet UCONN, whether or not they do is another story. Great field and should be some very good games. Auburn / UCONN would be fun.

Memphis is 4-0 and gave Mizzou, UNLV and San Francisco their only losses. All 3 teams are pretty damn good.

After next year UK will be back playing in tourneys like these. Atlantis, Maui, or these new NIL tourneys are things Kentucky should be involved every year from here on out
