5th Round 138th pick: Ray Davis to Arizona
5th Round 170th pick: Devin Leary (!) to the Saints

From everything I've read since draft season I also am confident on the 1st 4 being drafted.

Really happy Leary has shown out well. Disappointing season or not, it will be tremendous for UL to tell recruits our last 2 starting QBs were drafted after leaving.

I thought Rodriguez was the best back we ever had but have to admit Davis had a really nice year as his replacement. Hope he sticks in NFL. He's had a very tough life.

Davis might be the headliner of NFL backs produced by the Stoop’s era. He has some freakish stats that wallop Snell’s and most Heisman winners.

Davis’ ability to catch the FB I think makes him the most valuable back UK has produced in last several years.

I’m no draft expert, but these three might all slide up a round.

Seriously, I think Trevin Wallace was a year away from being 1st round.

That with his wide zone experience will definitely be a difference maker. He's NFL ready on day 1. It hurts him the NFL currently places an extremely low value on backs, but that will also maybe help him make a final roster.

i am surprised Davis is forcast at a 5th rounder, I would have thought he would be at least an early 3rd round and most likely a 2nd rounder.

I agree Davis is not the top back but he can do so much for a team I see him going higher than 5th round... Might not happen but he is better than a lot of guy's rated better....

I cannot bring myself to agree. I do not know the field well enough to defend my gut feeling, but I think Ray Davis will be an NFL Star.
