I'm not sure I'd call it retaliation. Maybe it was though.

I saw two guys both scrapping for a ball, swinging elbows, and taking it a bit too far. I don't think either was necessarily trying to hit the other, but maybe I'm wrong.

I think the refs exhibited "buyer's remorse" after not giving Allen a T during the scrum. I like to think so, anyway.

Nothing was amiss. Duke was short-handed. UL played how they always do - hard and dirty for 40 minutes.

They wore Duke out, and the refs never call all the fouls when UL guards you.

I guess it's just a conference rule that didn't allow Cal to comment about the officiating. Krzyzewski didn't mind criticizing them. Maybe that's part of the reason Duke shoots more free throws than their opponents attempt and we get whistled for more fouls than our opponents.

I grew up listening to Dickie V, but I've gotten to the point that I can't stand listening to him, both because of how he sounds and the content of his commentary.

This is where I am with Vitale... but I no longer will listen to him or serveral other guys that call the game I just watch the game in silence

True but it's a different story when you attack an official with those words. In high school that kid is suspended a game. That was Andrews last game and I feel he didn't care how it affected anyone

I thought it was funny, Jeter hit a basket 8 minutes in and Plumlee gave him a bear hug like they had won the national title.

They are pretty clearly taught to act ridiculous. It's instilled in them.

I like Ingram though. He doesn't act a fool.
