Draft Express is no more?

That's been my go to draft site for years. Does anyone else do a comparable job?

I noticed back in the summer that the site wasn't updating, but I thought maybe it was some kind of glitch.

There are bound to be some other sites that do a good job. Anyone?

Nothing really comparable that I've seen. Guess I'll have to pay for insider.

The best thing about that site is that it compiles measurements from all the different AAU and all star events.

You can take that info, AAU stats, and YouTube videos and make a pretty good evaluation on your own.

I never cared much for his scouting reports.

So ESPN fired Chad Ford who predicted the last 20 drafts with 100% accuracy and replaced him with these clowns?

Johnathan Givony was bought out by Finerbahce before ESPN. Thats why he fought so hard to make sure Enes Kanter was ruled ineligible.

Well that sucks. Didn't know that. Typical espn though.

"Gentleman, a free website is doing something better than us. What should we do? Build a better model with better information?"

"Nah, just buy em out and shut em down."

It's typical capitalism. Acquire and integrate.

No. JG is the best in the business. Hopefully it carries over to ESPN and it's not all locked behind a paywall.

I've got bad news for you. It looks like it's all going to be behind their insider paywall. At least everything so far is locked for subscribers.

Well, yeah. The moment it read ESPN paid for and bought out the site, you had to think a charge would be added. With ESPN losing bank in the past, they will need to find ways to make money and when it's draft time, pretty sure fans will charge their credit card and sign up to find out how good their future player can be in the future. If these guys let people have it for free, glad to see them finally cash in and get back instead of always giving.

I am not paying to be an insider. I fell for it once and, when I tried calling them, I still couldn't get canceled. I had to cancel my card! Screw espn. Someone will subscribe and leak the info.
