I noticed a lot of booing from the home crowd. Has Stoops reached his ceiling? Is the crowd done with him? Do you think attendance will suffer from here on out?

I don't think it's one game....but losing at home to Vandy and USC. Now home to Mizzou.....fans can feel is sliding back and it's hard to see great hope in this and next year.

Outside of hoping Bolley/Saunders will be amazing very early.....what else is there to feel good about program direction?

We're still one dimensional, but now we also now have absolutely no discipline. I don't remember a Kentucky team with less. It's hard enough to win being one dimensional, now we're making it harder.

I wasn't worried too much about last week's loss, I just chalked it up as an ass whipping, but I'm starting to wonder.

For a long time, I have been all-in for Stoops. I like a lot of things about him, but I want him to know a few things (which typing it here wont make true, but, you know, its what I've got.)

I don't know these players, so I don't know what kind of guys they are, but; they wear the uniform of my university, which means they represent me. When I watch them play, I see undisciplined thugs who are much more interested in running their mouths than playing sound football.

This team is hard to like because they don't look likeable people. Why is this the case, coach? I mean it, why does the team wearing blue remind me of teams that wore red in years past in the way they behave.

Unfortunately, losing isn't new here. Not fielding a team that I respect is different and unsustainable.

The fans pack Commonwealth Stadium and do their part. The team and coaches play scared and get destroyed at UGA. Then Stoops chimes in with the "pony up" comment and in one fell stroke throws his players under the bus and blames fans for not giving enough money. Then this dog vomit of a game. Yeah fans aren't too pleased.

My thing is, why did people think we were winning this game? Missouri beat a ranked Kansas State squad earlier in the year and had better QB play than we do. I thought this year they had our number.

Not defending Stoops with that, though, because it's downright ridiculous how much he can't recruit the QB position consistently in his time here.

But for Ray Davis, there really isn't anyone I root for.

I was there and certainly did not hear any booing. But that was a really crappy performance by Kentucky, got outscored 38-7 in the last 3 quarters, and 18-0 in the 4th quarter, when we actually had the lead at the end of the 3rd quarter.

OT a bit, but Leary was really wildly overrated.

I've been a Stoops guy for the last few years. Not a nut hanger, but just a "glad he's here" guy. Tonight broke me.

I sat in the stadium during last season's turd against USCjr and still clung on to hope. Then Vanderbilt happened, a blowout to freaking Iowa in the Toilet Bowl, drubbings against UGA when teams like Candy held it closer...

I'm sick of the conservative before-the-half-ends BS. Sick of loading up on 3 stars who aren't getting it done. Receivers who can't even catch and an O-Line who plays "my turn!" with holding calls. And ffs, if Stoops hasn't addressed the discipline by now, he never will.

White called an awful game, too. Dude's gonna marry a cushion since he loves them so much. I could legit keep going but you guys prolly aren't in the mood to read my ramble any longer. Neither am I, it just makes me sick.

I lost airspeed and altitude with Cal a few years ago, and I think I am there with Stoops too. I am weary of coaches drawing pinnacle paychecks and underperforming.

Mizzou's coach just stomped a mud-hole in our team at home and walked it dry. His team was cool under pressure, smart, disciplined, and had an outstanding gameplan. We're nothing more than wannabe tough guys and trash talking bums and it is costing us a ton of yards and points and games in the W/L column.

I don't know how a team that has gone so rogue gets the trend reversed.

GBB and good night!

from the interviews I have seen , Davis is a very likeable kid and a great representative of the University. Won't speak to anyone else on the team though

I'm pissed I scheduled my entire day around this game. I will not make that mistake again this year.

Any idea what the turning point was? Looked promising for awhile but we’ve seriously regressed and I don’t see any fire in CMS.

Its the wild day and age of basically pay for play. Stoops shouldnt have said what he said but he aint wrong. He’ll learn, but being an HC in this wild wild west of a sport is 10 times tougher now. Stoops will adapt, will UK supporters?

Before last season, over a six-year stretch, we were 16-2 against Vandy, MIssouri and South Carolina. Anybody with a brain knew that kind of domination would/could not continue. Vandy and USC beat us at home last year and MIssouri did it tonight. The game in Columbia will not be easy, to say the least.

I'm actually kind of pissed, now that I think about it. I'm old enough to remember Bill Curry and how bad we can be. We were losers but we knew it and had no expectations. But Stoops gave us hope. No more "old Kentucky ". We can win close games! Ten win seasons! Then he proceeds to drop turds like this. We beat up on down programs and cupcakes. That is his key to success.

This is a season on the brink. I do not foresee Stoops being able to regroup over the bye week and turn this one around. He's just too comfortable and too content with things as is to demand better from his players, his assistant coaches, and from himself.
