Well, he has stunk it up the last few years so, going to feed the hogs makes sense.Just now seeing the news. Well, now who's staying (Reed??), who's leaving, and who are we hiring?
Wait, there's no April Fools Day on an eclipse day in April is there? I'm very surprised he would go to Arkansas.

Per Hank Williams, "And that's all she wrote. Dear John, I've fetched your saddle home" to Arkansas.
at a megachurch Barnfart would probably hire a recent seminary graduateIf so Sir.... "ALL My Rowdy Friends are Coming Over Tonight...."........ thaat's right... 😁
I don’t trust Barnfart to hire the right man. Remember, this guy gave Elzy and Cal stupid contracts and hired Joker and BCG. If Jesus applied for a pastors position

My boy Sammy can clear a room in 30 seconds or less......many nights I have to get up and take him to his room at the other end of the house........when I renovated I added a mud room......it is where the dogs stay.......especially Sir Flatulence.Good morning from ATX. Currently 66°F and cloudy. Eclipse happening around 1:30 pm,. But wait. Thunderstorms expected. Might not view event very well, if at all. Today's high may reach 83°.
Huge news about Cal leaving. Let new coach speculation begin.
Monday, Monday....
Wishing y'all a great start to your week.

I haven't been over at the other board but I bet there is a bunch of crowing going on........I really don't have a nickle in this dime but the optics of the way that coaches leave UK is bad in my view.....always be care for which you wish.........Golden is my first choice.
But if UK does not pull the trigger fast next year could be a losing season.
Us and 500 of our closest unknown friends are here at Holtkamp winery near Sunman. Nice place. Maybe 20% now.
Luke Murray.
I am lost.Beautiful day for total eclipse watching, ~75 & near clear. Up there with beating NC LSU in OT at then Commonwealth. Temp does cool off near & at totality. Also get a breeze due to the lower temp vs. non-eclipse areas that are warmer.

Bert, it means that the feeling of watching the eclipse today at totality for me is up there with us beating LSU in 2OT when they went on to win the national championship. Can't say it's the best thing I've ever witnessed, but it's high up there.I am lost.
What does this mean?

Hey, it works.
Yep, also WSJ subscriber. Caught it yesterday.
You beat me to posting about De La Cruz Warrior. He's had some amazing highlights - stealing home, hitting for cycle, some mammoth blasts, and the inside-outside homer trick -- for a guy about whom you can still say it isn't a certainty he'll even stick in the Majors. I THINK he will, and hope he will, but man there are times he seems overmatched at the plate.![]()
Morning Legionnaires!
Reds in a scoring duel last night took the first of three from the Brewers 10-8. De La Cruz hit two homers last night with the second being an in the park home run. Dude has some speed.

That feat of hitting one out and then getting an inside-the-part homer I only saw once during a game when I was in the park -- Riverfront, late 1980s, I saw Eric Davis do it. He hit a shot that landed way up at the top of Riverfront's left field upper deck. Then he skipped a ball into the gap between center and right and just raced around the bases like The Flash of comic book fame. There's a guy I always felt had the raw talent to be one of the true greats of the game, but wasn't healthy enough, and maybe not focused and dedicated enough.
Yeah, two hits from me on De La Cruz is batting and sometimes defense. He seems to have the mechanics for D, but sometimes he seems to either lose focus or tries to be too cool with the way he tries to deliver the ball to a base. He needs to shore both of those areas up and he will be special. You beat me to posting about De La Cruz Warrior. Must be the "current" flow of the situation). He's got a fine family finally.. Had some serious rough times with his ex and still does but that is tempered a little now though she is a serious candidate for maximum security prison. (I know I floated all over but that is how it was/ is...)
I seem to remember him taking himself out of the line up because he needed a rest......not for millions a year you don't.....I remember thinking that this guy had the talent to be an all time great but not the discipline.....You beat me to posting about De La Cruz Warrior.
