As I said elsewhere if I wasn't banned from the Louisville board I would go over there and say "Say Weaver's name b-tches. Also how about Ray Davis? Should I go on?"

That was absolutely one of the greatest UK games I have ever seen. Proud of the Cats today...had some disappointment this season but finished with a great one.

Definitely one of the more exciting games I've seen in a while. One hell of a 2nd half.

For who ever on this board is cooking the Crow. I prefer that you don't over cook it. I also like it fried in butter as it helps get the red feather off the beast!

I did not expect this and I sure am glad that I was wrong.

Sir,

No Crow to be served here.... Heck, I can't even watch a UK football game... If I do, they lose. No joke, each time I turned on the game today within a couple minutes Lewisville did something good. Me knowing my limitations, I just ensured Lewisville would lose. I turned it off.... I am thankful. UK basketball has been more kind to me so far....

Me too (am glad you were wrong). Not that I believed it but, in the Old Red predictions thread I predicted a UK win and in the Stupid Underdog picks I picked UK over UL so...It was just wishful thinking that turned out Gouda for me. (rather cheesy post).

My goodness. If you weren’t watching the Iron Bowl you missed an almost unbelievable escape by Alabama. 4th and forever with seconds to go down 4 and they complete a TD in the last inch of the end zone.

Makes the SEC championship game enormous. Bama wins, and I think the SEC gets two in the playoffs —Georgia would have the “best” loss of all one-loss teams.

Pieces are falling in place. Washington and Washington State are tied with 6 minutes left to play. Florida and Florida State just starting. Georgia takes on Georgia State soon. Michigan one game away from a place in the playoffs. Oregon and Texas already wrapped up an 11-1 record. Love this weekend every year.

Mid-level SEC performed quite nicely against the ACC elite today.

Next week's conference championship games are set:

SEC- UGA vs. Bama
Big 10- Michigan vs. Iowa
Pac 12- Washington vs. Oregon
ACC- Florida State vs. Louisville
Big 12- Texas vs. Oklahoma State

My playoff prediction: UGA, MIchigan, Florida State (weak), and the winner of the Pac 12.

Kind of sad but the Pac 12 game may be the last for the conference. Conferences should be regional. I hate the path the NCAA is taking.

Good morning D-League.

Checking in before a morning walk.

A very satisfying day of football yesterday with an unexpected Cats win by far the highlight.

The Big Question: Can the SEC get TWO teams in the Final Four?

I think Michigan and the winner of Washington and Oregon are locks.

That leaves Georgia, Texas, Florida State and Alabama alive for two slots. Maybe Ohio State.

If Alabama wins, and Texas gets beat by Oklahoma State (I see an upset there) then you’d have Alabama and Georgia with a better loss by far and each with much better wins than Florida State. And Alabama would have the edge over Ohio State, as would Georgia. Would the Committee have the balls to dump the ACC champ? I actually think they might. Of course, Louisville could make it easy by beating FSU.

Have a good day folks.
