Beat out Duke and Memphis which tells me two things that may or may not be correct. Duke is cooling it for awhile with paying players since they have moved into the limelight, and 18 year old kids know who John Calipari is but have no idea about some dude named Penny Hardaway.

The dirty underbelly of college recruiting is under a microscope right now and everyone is scared to continue on with business as usual. This is a good thing for us and I have a feeling we are going to move back up to the top spot as a destination school.
Good points. I think this is the first top-5 Cal has landed since Skal. Bam may have been top-5 in some polls but I can't remember.
Hello everyone, a guy that follows recruiting and used to write for a magazine about recruiting, told me personally this is Cal’s best guard since Derrick Rose. That’s a pretty strong declaration.

I had never ate at a Boston Market until I went to work in Chicago in 08. Was very good and about as close to homemade mom food as you could get.

Went to a place this morning called Mama Carol's in Chickasha Oklahoma for a late breakfast. Been there two other times, once for breakfast and once for lunch and has been very good all three times. A dive of a place that opens at 0700 and closes at 1400 (2pm). Packed and waiting room only every time so far. Good home cooking. Trip to Aldi's afterward to pick up some groceries.
Whoever finds the game first, shout it out!
