I always preferred Mary Ann over Ginger.

By far.

Unfortunately for me this post is showing up as a blank page. It is happening more and more and to other posts and posters as well. Any idea what is going on? Like I said it is other posters as well.

That did it. Thanks, I have been missing out on some good stuff.

That to do list fits me perfectly. I am so ready for that game I can do little around here. I might hit the pool and put on Finebaum in a few minutes. Even with this "swimmers ear" I might pack my ear with petroleum jelly and cotton balls and jump in. Go Cats

Good evening! Been a busy day for me. I took a golf club back that I had demoed and then stopped by the golf course on the way back. Ended up cooking 12 brats and 12 burgers. Went home for a little while and then went back up there and cooked 30 ribeyes. They sure did look good and I didn't even get one. They were for a group of people who are there for the weekend.

Hey Y'all. Breaking news. Railroad is home and improved. Said he would be back and going here in the D next week as he needed to rest. I'm sure he will want to thank you himself but thanks to all for your prayers. Good fellow. . FCC.
Thanks for the update, FCC. More prayers sent.

Go Cats! Beat some Gator butt!

Good deal! Maybe he'll make a surprise appearance tonight after we whomp the Gators.

Got 6 hours sleep. Must have been enough. I have enough time before the game to get a lot of things done. I won't.

Florida is not who they used to be and neither are we. None of that matters now. Accept prosperity.

Looking forward to seeing Xavier Peters get his first sack tonight. I feel pretty confident in a win tonight and I'm even letting myself see something in the 41-17 range. Commonwealth will be rockin!

Morning D-Leaguers. 67.1°F here after a hot September 13 where we got to 93°F and yesterday afternoon we may have gotten close to our lowest relative humidity of 38%. It is only 56% this morning.

I am anxious about the game tonight. Nerves, nerves, nerves.....

Good to see RR getting to come home.

I had a text message on my phone Thursday that went like this:

Unknown texting person: I was the best third baseman you ever played with and you were the worst pitcher I ever played with. Who am I?

My response: Some one with a very bad memory.

My question: Did we play together in the military or downtown civilian leagues.

His response: Both

I knew then who he was but could not remember his name so my next text:
Yeah, I remember that you were short, skinny, and cocky. Now I imagine you are short dumpy and cocky but, I don't remember your name.

He responded with 4 laughing emoji's and reminded me what his name is. He got my number from another person that played with us about 20 years ago. Going to lunch together today to talk about the good ole days winning State and Post tournaments together.

Good Saturday Game Day morning D-League Wildcat Fans

It is a perfect day for football down here and I expect it is the same in Lexington. Our temperatures have been a little cooler than the states north of us. Our skies are clear now and it is 77°F and we are going up to a high of 87°F. I hope all of you were able to see last nights moon.

Let's Go Cats,whip those Gators

Hello D-League

We got up to 103 degrees yesterday for another daily September record and our hottest day of the year here in Chattanooga area, but thankfully, some late night rains cooled it off a bit. The local weather guys are saying today will have a good chance of rain and "only" get up to 91.

After a late night of high school football last night, Im ready to see what happens today with our wildcats against the gators and, of course, my local UTC Mocs going against the Vols.

Many folks in our area went all day yesterday and all night with no water. Chattanooga's main water plant suffered a massive water-main line rupture that resulted in a disastrous day with no water for half the city, which impacted schools, hospitals, and everything else that depends on water; water that we often take for granted. Many events had to be cancelled and many schools, businesses, etc. had to be closed. Top it off with a temp of over 100 degrees yesterday. Thankfully, it looks like the problems were fixed and water will be back this morning.

Enjoy the day, keep it low stress, and here's to hoping for a UTC Mocs win along with UK going to 3-0.

Took a 3.5 hour nap. I guess I wasn't done sleeping when I got up.

Supposed to be cooler around these parts today and I am fine with that. Might go out to the shop and cut some wood for the bar. Once I get all the pieces cut I should easily be able to assemble it in one day.

9.5 point dogs? Thank you Vegas for giving this team even more reason to play like they're being disrespected.
