D-League

Quite a haul. Does make you wonder who all is coming into Texas and from where.
No doubt. I've also noticed that I come across more coins and bills between Feb-May every year. People seem less careful during that time-frame. My largest bill discoveries historically occur in April and May. I haven't made any large bill finds ($5+) yet this year. I started tracking my discoveries beginning June 26, 2016 A total is posted here every year on the anniversary.

Good morning D League

I trust where ever you may be you have a great day. We have 69 degrees with a high forecast at 87 mid afternoon. I like it. The girl on the radio said the best time to be outside is form 8 am to 2 pm. Plenty of sunshine for those who partake.

I enjoyed the Blue White game last evening. The offense looked much better and it was nice to see points going on the board from the passing game and running game. I think Stoops has the program on a very solid foundation. Beat Tennessee

If you are not feeling up to par, our prayers are with you.

Herro announces. He gone. Good call @catfaninsc .

If he had an NBA game this year, then the NBA is a joke. There were at least 50 guys playing college ball this past year who are better than him. He played for Kentucky and got the exposure. Enjoy your G league experience son but be sure to bone up on your Croation lingo.

That's good Bert right there.

Well I guess Tyler could come back by rule. As a fan I wish he would stay 4. If I was a NBA scout with clout, I would take him in a heart beat. He's going to be a dandy somewhere. He can get his jumper off at any time cause he jumps so high during it. Quite honestly, I don't think he realizes that to it's fullest. He will have some better screeners in the NBA. Or Coach Cal will use that. Here we go, Cats. FCC.

The NBA isn't what it used to be.

It is a cool 51.8°F here. That is 8° cooler than yesterday morning. It is overcast and we got a little rain yesterday but some sunshine late in the afternoon. You can hear the grass grow.

Railroad has not been on. Wonder if he is too sick to post.

Thanks for caring Bert. The answer is Ole RRC has made a 180* turn-around since last Saturday. I follow up with my MD Monday at noon. I have to re-incorporate a more vigorous Cardio work out for my well being.

We have been busy having a major landscaping project, Laying new Sod, etc., etc.. No my mind tells me to do all I can but we hired a professional. C.O.P.D. is a terrible thing to have. None the less I didn't think I was going to make IT home last Saturday.

GO BIG BLUE...………….BBN!!!

I'm drunk and I'm proud of it! Started yesterday at 1500 at the golf course. My car is still there as a matter of fact. I should be able to drive it home tomorrow but I'm not making any promises I can't keep. Drink of the day? Moonshine. Fine shine! Flavored with peach and it is an excellent breakfast drink.

I've got so much to say, but I have no idea how to say it. Cheers!

I have copd. It's a bitch. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I would double up on the RA to get rid of the copd. I can handle pain, but not getting enough air is like slowly drowning.

Today is the 1 year anniversary of my mother's passing. She was ate up with the alzheimers for 10 years. Now that right there is something that I will NOT tolerate. If I catch it there will be enough time for me to have the sense to turn myself off before I lose all touch with reality.

I'm drunk as a fart right now but I can still spell fairly well and I have a reasonable sense of what's going on around me. Alzheimers is not that forgiving. eff it!

Good Morning D

Good morning from ATX. Currently light rain and 66°F. We're under a severe thunderstorm watch. Should lift a little later.

Blue-White game yesterday. I heard some great reports. We've got some talented players returning. Looking forward to Wildcat football in 4.5 months.

Usual chores are on today's agenda. We'll check back later. Y'all behave.

So I'm sitting here drinking my morning shine while ago and my wife brings me a load of coffee. I drank it. 20oz of hot and black. Might need another one.
I paid $15 for a quart of quality shine. Dude only wanted $12.50 but there was no change. Also, I wanted him to know that I was a preferred customer.
Saturday morning peach shine . . . . :cool2:

If you are addicted to opioids, stop it! Quit doing it! For that matter, if you are addicted to ANYTHING. Quit doing it. The resolve you invoked to start doing whatever you're doing is not nearly as strong as your resolve to stop doing it can be. How do you stop?

DON'T PUT IN YOUR MOUTH!!

I just finished off a quart of shine but I know for sure that I won't have another drink until next Wednesday. I won't need it, but it will happen during golf.

I love everybody and I love everyTHING!

Yeah, I'm sorry what should have been a great visit for her to Arlington (which is magnificent, by the way, if you haven't walked the grounds) was spoiled to some degree by the political nuts and just plain nuts. I really love Washington, because I've never lost my love of American history. But even I am surprised at how a relative hand full of deranged homeless - maybe several dozen around the city's tourist byways -- can make the whole experience uncomfortable, and for a young woman alone, even unsettling.

MdWildcat, following up on your comments about Arlington. My daughter took these photos of my g-uncle and first cousin once removed grave site. William, Jr. was killed at Normandy, France while on patrol. He survived the invasion but was killed by a sniper who was hidden in a hedgerow.. He had graduated from West Point a few months earlier and began training for D-Day. William, Sr served under General Eisenhower and was involved in the invasion also. When he was on Eisenhower's staff he wore a Brig General star but retired as a full bird Colonel. I will also include photos of them.

Good morning from ATX. Currently 45°F. Chilly. Wind died down some. Expecting a 74°F high. I'll take it.

NBA playoffs start today. I rarely if ever watch early games and usually await the finals.

Guess Quickley and Hagans are staying. Hopefully EJ, Richards and Baker remain as well.

We'll check back later. Behave.

Good morning D-League. Off to a run in a light rain. It's been a busy weekend. Lots of work around the house.

And helping my daughter negotiate a deal on a car, which her grandparents are buying her as a college graduation present. I got a card from my grandparents. Anyway, the pressure is on me and my legendary negotiating skills. Weve found a car. We've got a number we can pay. I gotta close that gap.

Playoffs started yesterday. Uh, back in a couple. FCC.

Good Sunday morning D-League

. Our current temperature is 75°. with scattered clouds and some wind that came over from Texas. . 84° for the high. We have a wind advisory from 1:00 to 7:00 with thunderstorms moving in about 5 PM. We always need the rain.

Headed to church and a day of rest this afternoon. Keep us in your prayers and we will do likewise.

Probably still feeling the effects of the moonshine to be able to drive.

Definitely. Had a few drinks at lunch too. We ate at Roosters on Bardstown rd. Had two apetizers, chicken tender platter, an Italian sub, and I had 3 bourbon and cokes. $36. Pretty reasonable considering we each had enough to eat again last night.

I think I'll watch some golf today.

Glad these guys get to test the water in the NBA without having to make a leap of faith.

We're going to have enough guards next year I think.
