Morning D-Leaguers! Looks like it's going to be another rainy ole day here in the Berg, had some heavy rain move thru last night, at times it sounded like hail as hard as it was raining!!!! Well I was exhausted after the game Saturday!!! Just my take on the game, got people over on RR absolutely crushing Tyler for his bad shooting, my take was that he was the one that saved our a$$ from losing with the defense he put on their all time leading three point shooter!!!! I didn't see a whole lot of the game because I was watching Tyler harass his man! I have never seen one player play defense the way he did, plus with him (can't remember his name) having to guard Tyler I think Tyler used that also to wear him down, make him tired which caused him in part to have had an ofer (0-12), but in the end the shots that Tyler made were killers and 4 for 4 on free throws!! Just hope PJ gets cleared! Also it was just a great team effort!!!! Travis is a beast!!! Now the puke game! Before I left to go to church I saw a couple bs calls against UCF I said then there is no way that UCF will win! After church my buddy said puke won by one point, I thought, the refs had a part in the ending and I was right after seeing the replays! If that was any of our bigs they would have been called for the first foul when he ran over the first guy!!!! If you think there is bias for the ACC just wait until the ACC-ESPN channel gets going!!! Just hope VT takes them down!!!! Rant over! (Just for that game)!!!! WC before you go bass fishing again buy you a Whopper Plopper! Best bait I have used since a jitter bug! Here in Western KY instead of pond hopping, we go pit jumping!!!

I wouldn't want a mermaid unless I lived on a coast. Seems like it would be a lot of upkeep if you were to keep one inland. Plus, they wouldn't know how to cook. On the plus side, if you like fresh seafood, she could bring some home at will.
She is actually a sea cow (manatee) with make up. Feed her lots of cabbage and lettuce
Unless she considers it cannibalism, in which case you would have to stay away from seafood, forever. Not worth the trade-off.
I saw a documentary about mermaids. They eat the hell out of lobster. Shell and all!

A little fog coming off of the Gulf this morning but the sun will take care of that. Current temperature 58° should get up to about 80° this afternoon. Sweater and wind breakers are in the closet. .

I don't like the late game but it is what it is. We will be playing on one of the lessor networks as Duke gets the Prime Time CBS game that starts a half hour earlier. But so it is. Win and advance Go Cats

2200 is a great time to head out to the bars, but it's much too late to start a ball game. It's a good time to finish a ball game.
I made bacon wrapped meatloaf last night along with mashed potatoes and peas. I used onion soup mix along with some other stuff that caught my eye in the meat. Also made two deep slices from either end and stuffed a bunch of cheddar cheese in there. Very tasty and very moist. Wife approved.

Guys, I know a fellow who has 5 tickets for Kansas City. He wants to sell all of them, as a package. They are two rows from the floor, in the end zone, and they are for the Friday and Sunday games. Face value on them was $400 each, and he is asking $550. I got on stub hub and comparable tickets are going for $1000-$1400. If anyone is interested I can give you his number.

Going to help a friend and fellow church member today, the utility company came thru his property and cut a 30' path on each side of the power lines on his property, so I am going to try and help some. Still recovering from the hip replacement so today will be a good test for me. I told him I can always leave if I get to hurting! Ya'll have a great and safe day!!!
Ok I have a question. When I started to work at Dyno (scared to death especially after hearing the first test blast) when I got home that evening when I emptied my pockets, I had 6 quarters in my pocket, 2 Ky and 4 regular ones, today 14 years later I still have those 6 quarters. I have left the house probably less than 10 times without them, just feels like something wrong without them! My question is am I superstitious or is this a habit? They are getting really slick!

The Mermaid Show is closed until April 19 as they are building a new auditorium where the show is produced. Before Disney this was one of the most popular attractions down here and it is still a huge attraction. When school is out you have to get there about 7:00 in the morning and the line goes forever. During the winter and fall it is not bad at all. This aquifer is one of the most interesting ones in the entire world and worth a visit at least once in your life. The water is 99.9% pure and you can drink it right out of the ground. Check out the little video
