I think so. Too many calls made while other things were overlooked. The T on the bench stopped our run.
ACC is going to have 3 1 seeds. They. Are. Just. That. Good!
We had them then some crazy calls by the refs and our guard play sealed our doom. Now let's go on a 6 game winning streak and call it a season.
OK I am mad as a hornet but I am holding my head up. This is not the end of the season. We can regroup and put our sites on the Big Trophy. Remember the 2012 team lost in the SEC tournament

I think this may have increased our chance of being in Louisville. Kind of funny how some teams can lose in their conference tournament and it doesn't affect their position, but we can't. We get full discredit when we lose the tournament and no credit when we win two hours before the teams are announced.
Gonzaga loses to a 16 seed = no problem, didn't happen.
UVA loses to FSU = no problem, didn't happen.
UK loses to TENN = PROBLEM, 3 SEED

Yep. We gave this game away regardless of calls. Too many turnovers, lack of late game poise led to our demise.
Well hell. Let's see where we end up tomorrow night. Play the cards you're dealt and move on. I've said it all along, the difference between a #1 and #2 seed this year is minimal. Yeah I'd rather have a #1. It's all about match-ups anyway. By tomorrow night this game will be a distant memory for me.
The Cats also didn't win it in 1996.
Plus one. Freshman vs upper class. Could make that argument. But even the announcers said "the Refs have taken this game over". Changed everything....11-2 run. Crap. Game film last 4 minutes.
Now then. Freshman have gained experience and hopefully matured from a season and a tourney out. I hope the out fires them up. Let's go win 6. FCC.

It's very rare that I go there.
I thought the game changed twice. The first when they called Travis for his fourth foul when Williams clearly charged, and the second was when they were holding Herro, with about 3 minutes left, and they called him for traveling. From there, the momentum changed and then they let UT grab and hold on defense without calling anything.
And probably 45 of them are all over Cal. They are idiots.

Tough loss yesterday. I could give my analysis of why it wasn’t a reflection of the team’s potential and how when the brackets are released tonight it might not matter, but we’ll know all that soon enough.

Well I slept pretty good last night considering the circumstances. When I was younger I would have been up all night replaying the game in my mind and anger would have boiled over. But I have settled down late in life. So I look forward and anticipate the seeding and go from there.
These games really make me hate the one and done rule. Watching players like Tyler and Johnson make me want to have them back next year and the year after that to improve, develop and have the experience to overcome. A more experienced UK team would have won this game inspite of the terrible calls by the refs down the stretch. And there were some very bad calls and non calls in that game. Few went our way.
So I will get ready for church and enjoy some good hymns, some sound doctrine from the pulpit and be thankful. This basketball season is not over and I am not prepared to mail in the trophy to Duke. We may have something to say about that before the season is finished.
Have a nice day all, and MDWildcat55, safe travels and God speed.

Tough loss yesterday. Rick Barnes usually has a bad habit of choking in big games, but he broke his personal streak. UT lit us up from behind the arc at crunch time. Ugly.
I see ESPN is still in love with Zion. At least Iowa State broke the Kansas curse.

Morning D-League from the Berg, well the sun came up this morning! I also slept good last night, it hurts to lose but I just don't get as tore up as I use to, I really miss the good ole days when all the March madness is over win or lose, we could look at our roster and say man look who we have coming back next year!!!!! Those were the good days!!!! That's just us, all the other teams their players can do whatever they want to!!! LOL! Going to get ready to go to Church in a bit so Ya'll have a great day!!!! We're gonna have guys back next year and we've got a great group coming in. By this time next year, and probably earlier, we'll be one of he teams they're talking about to win it all.
Refs should have to give an interview after the game. We know that stupid shit happens each and every time Doug Shows is involved. Let's give him the benefit of doubt and say he isn't deliberately calling games with animosity toward us. Now we can say he's just incompetent. Either way, there needs to be a grievance process that holds them somewhat accountable.

I still have a flip phone. It took an extra hour at AT&T for them to get one because they want to sell only smart phones which I hate.
Use to have a razor until my wife got what I have now. Loved that thing. Now, she wants to replace this one because I have had it over 5 years or more.Yup. I do not have a smartphone.
