This season is going to be grueling having to hear about that game all season.
Hard for my not believe that Cal is FOS in his post game. He's taking full blame for the Duke game and suggesting the reason we didn't win is because he didn't coach them good enough. OK, that's fine, but give Duke their due too. I really don't believe we are capable of playing good enough to beat them that night. They were too much. Am I wrong here?

Mornin' D. Up waaay too early due to my wife's hospital shift. SEC channel has the 2003 UK-Ark football game.
It's 55-55 heading into OT six. Don't tell me how it ends. I have too much time invested in watching.
UPDATE - LOL. My memory for football history is so poor I actually thought Kentucky won that game. They kept interviewing Lorenzen like they were setting it up for heroics. Ah well. It was that or sports center this morning showing meaningless NBA highlights.

- Over slept again this morning. Woke up at 7:05. So I am dragging a little.
- Coffee is welcome, strong and very good.
- 48º this morning, after a hard, soaking rain last night. It was very welcome. High today is 68. This little chill will be good for the citrus but if it can get down in the 30's for a few hours that will really sweeten them up.
- If have my truck loaded with things out of the garage and to the recycle center I go. I could make 20 trips and still have things to get rid of. Both my wife and I are into the downsizing mode full strength. You work 50 years accumulate all of these things then one day you wake up and say get it out of here.
- The sun is shining and a breeze off of the Gulf.
- Air is pure and if you are a runner the conditions are perfect so says the weather girl

It was 34°F when I went to bed at 11 pm CST last night. Got up this morning to the exact same temperature. It is still 34°F. It is cold and ugly, but we did not get any winter weather last night like they did north and west of us.
The Cats looked better last night; however, I don't know the quality of the competition. I am still AWOL on this team. That beat down by Duke showed glaring weaknesses in this team and it may not have the true talent that has been advertised.
Another thing that has me pissed off is the SEC Network folks totally discounting UK basketball (like me) but they instantly are saying the Tennessee and Auburn are far better than Kentucky. Who has UT and AU played?

Cal has 8 -10 players that can start. Montgomery needs to play. Quickley is fine. He's a great guard. 8 of 10 FT. Has won multiple 3-pnt shooting contests.

I am going to be looking for some fishing buddies in Florida Gulf coast in early 2020. Any of you fish saltwater? Location will be flexible from year to year as we intend to rent Jan. Thru March each year. Probably am gonna buy a bay boat or a flats boat.

Only been deep sea fishing twice in my life and both times where in Denmark. 2 four day weekends on an old rickety but sturdy boat with a crazy ass Danish Captain. Cool dude.I don't know what those boats are.

Would not mind occasionally going on a trip but would have to get prior approval for vacation at that time. Don't really see it as a problem though.
