Just made some chili for tonight. Made her a pot and me a pot. We both had different ideas of what we wanted.

Realized early that I was about out of chili powder so I got down all the peppers and what not and made some more. In a hurry so plenty of seeds made their way into the mix along with me using a few more peppers than the recipe calls for. I put a tablespoon into my pot and my mouth is on fire. Tastes good like it should, but it's hot.

That sounds delicious. I want my chili to scream out "Burn baby, burn"

I still have some Trinidad Scorpion pepper flakes from 3 years ago. A few flakes is all it takes. Damn hot!
