I am definitely having fun with it.

Rooster, the picture of that train was taken yesterday just prior to my fishing trip. I have worked with those engines helping our rail crew couple and uncouple rail cars, load and move loaded cars with military equipment into position to be picked up by contracted rail companies to move the equipment nation wide when I worked with the unit movement section of FT. Sill.

Good morning D League. Low 71°F. a high of 89°F later. Don't rule out a shower in the afternoon but skies are clear and bright at the moment.

Football! I guess all UK fans have that one game you want more than any other. It use to be Tennessee for me but not anymore (I still want to stomp their heads but) Now it is Florida alone. That is the game I want to win the most and today we have another chance.

For 31 years we have been coming back each year to try and get it right. I was 44 years old when we last beat the Gators. In fact 44 years ago Florida was just another school on the schedule because we could beat them as much as they beat us. That all changed. So this year we have that opportunity to get it right. I want to end the streak in the Swamp. And do it today. Is this the day all the pieces fall in line? I have that feeling again.

Getting ready to head to the store. I'm not feeling TOO bad at the moment but I'm full of drugs. Hard to tell. Temp was 98.5° last night. I usually run about a degree low.

Wife brought me 16oz of hot black coffee about half an hour ago and it's gone now. When that wears off I'm going to have another.

The more I think about the game the more I say "why not". We can't fully understand how much it would mean to this season and this program in general to get this monkey off our back tonight. Go Cats!

I'll be fine soon. I fought it off for about 3 days but it finally got a foothold. I'm giving my body plenty of ammo to fight back and I'll have the upper hand soon. 3 yards and a cloud of dust!

Game day - sure hope we can win
Still a bit of a nervous wreck; I know what will be will be. I know my son is safe no matter what, I'm just worried about what's going through his mind with all this - honestly terrified he might just want to quit now. Been reading that they'll do all they can for him, physically AND mentally, but there is so much information it becomes confusing. So, trying to keep my mind off stuff and praying, praying, praying. I just wish we could find out what is going on.
@ymmot31 - sure hope you feel better soon. Hubby and youngest are down with some sort of crud as well. Hope our other ailing friends get better quickly too.

Seems so at least for me. I get most of mine early morning or late afternoon. This mornings report however is: Large Mouths 2--Warrior-cat 0. One of the ones that got away was going to rival yesterdays big one. Fought it for a bit before it got off.

installed some new outdoor led lights.these things changed into a zillion colors and combination of colors

Got another set to install next to pool...

also installed an outdoor oscillating fan that can be adapted to mist water..much more comfortable when sitting outside now..

We all know the scientific name is poke salit. I can't recall eating it myself but my mother made me go along with her to help pick it. We found it growing in coal mine slate dumps. No environmental concerns back then. Don't want it? Just dump it anywhere.

Back then all coal mines were underground. Now they just take off the tops of the mountains.

My beautiful hometown after strip mining. How did they get away with this? The usual Kentucky corruption.
