Good morning from ATX? Currently 77°F. Heading to low-100s later today. We only topped out at 99°F yesterday, breaking a 16-day triple-digit streak.
Football! Last night, many college games were played. UCF destroyed UConn. TAMU Aggies blew out N'western State. Our game is tomorrow at 3:30 PM CST.

Happy Friday D-League. And one of the better Friday's of the year - three day weekend ahead, football starts, and even baseball commences its pennant runs.
...and then vacation starts after that. If all goes well I should be on a teebox at 3 pm Thursday afternoon. Heading to Barkley lake next Thursday - Sunday.

Worked on the table this afternoon until 1900. New saw is great. My accuracy just took a giant leap forward. Mostly did a whole bunch of sanding to correct the mess I made with the old saw and old blade. Wouldn't have HAD to sand the faces after the new saw but I did anyway.
Gonna make a couple of drawers tomorrow before the game.
I getting to the point where I'm checking and rechecking whether or not I'll have enough cedar to do everything I want. As it stands, it looks like I'll have a little less than one foot of one board left over. Too close for comfort.

Mine's fading too but I still have a good grip on the John Denver tunes. You could understand every word he said. Bruce Springsteen? Not so much.
