I wonder if Cal will coach tomorrow night or is it Robic's turn?

Don't forget that last night happened without Montgomery. With him and possibly Baker we are just insanely deep. Hell, we're insanely deep without them. Ludicrous deep.

Is the national media saying anything about the trip? I would think when we win tomorrow night they will have to take notice and give it some discussion. I don't believe we'll be sneaking up on anybody this year. They'll hear us coming.

How about Green with that turnaround jumper off the backboard? That was beautiful and a shot he could get off whenever he wants. Don and I like it when they use the backboard.

Wife and I are going out to eat tonight. Don't know where yet but I would assume there is a steak in my near future.

I did not get the yard mowed yesterday as it never dried out enough. I guess that I will mow hay today.

I think the Cats will be pushed tonight, but it is a good way to learn. I am just glad they get this extra practice and road bonding early.

Mornin' D. Just back from a seven-mile fun run race with my wife. About four miles in my toe caught a buckle in the asphalt and I went tumbling like a 55 Ford pushed off the Red River Gorge. I'm at the age where instead of laughing at me, other runners have to express an exaggerated concern, which of course is infuriating and humiliating.

• I have been out of commission for a few days in the hospital with a UTI infection but I am back home now. They have me on the antibiotics for 7 days and will check to see if the infection has cleared up. If it has we will talk surgery. So I am pretty much house confined and not as strong as I was. This stuff is new to me.
• I have been able to watch both UK games and I am excited about this team, think it will be fun to watch and bring us a lot of great memories. If things fall in place we can win #9.
• Y'all have a nice day and tune in tonight for hardwood action on the shores of the Bahamas. How about that.

I am not out of the woods and it looks like my next month or two will be trying to get well. The thing that kills me at this moment is I am not allowed to get in the pool. It sucks but we will survive.

I quit watching baseball then and I have not watched a complete game after that. The catcher for the Cubs was the son of a co-worker and he played Hidden Hills Country Club on my membership. I found out that he was making millions, but still supported the strike.

I told him he could play on his own dime.
