Credit little used frosh Noah and Chandler

I'm interested in his development since he seems to be playing the 4. I thought of him as more of a small forward before the season. He could be great in a year or two when he develops his body a bit. Still looks like a high schooler this year, lol
Yes, all three freshmen will be greatly improved with a year of training, especially in the weight room. All three need to be stronger in the upper body. Noah is the most physically mature at this point of the three and it shows.

I would say Chandler is the most physically mature, which makes sense when you consider he's a couple years older. Certainly the most muscular of the three. But I think Noah has the frame to become the most physically imposing among the freshmen. Wide shoulders and already a little thick, which is probably partly pudge now but will be easy to turn into muscle over the next year.

To be honest there are very few guards who can handle Zieglers quickness and defensive pressure. Ziegler is a freaking blurr. He single handedly took out Georgia early in the second half.
Don't know why more teams do not put a bigger guy on him (J Robinson last night) and I have no idea why we didn't post him up last night several times- he was giving up 6-8 inches on our smallest guy a lot of times last night

I agree with posting him up. But, Pope chose on many occasions to have Amari or someone else bring up the ball rather than take a chance against Ziegler. He gets that much respect for his on ball defense. The dude is quick.

I don’t understand the bitching and moaning by supposed basketball fans about Chandler playing. We’re down THREE players, who else is going to play? There are no free agents or midseason trades. He’s getting better.
And Pope likes to use 9-10 players too, they use the analytics to make sure guys are etting rests when they need it so they are at their most effective when on the court. I know there reaches a point you have to play some guys longer due to the injuries and such, but it shows he has a next man up approach when that happens.
