Didn’t penta have a singles run in impact or somewhere else before aew?
AAA and Impact. Was Impact Champion...for two days. He held the #2 championship in AAA for 56 days. Also a 2x Lucha Underground champion. Ranked as a top-30 singles wrestler by PWI in 2019.
What he said. Penta is an amazing singles wrestler as well as Fenix. I just pray for a recovery for Fenix. He’s young and has so much ahead of him.
I know Cargill and Ruby wasn’t some classic but wtf are they doing in nxt now? I didn’t realize Cora Jade was this bad. Guess that’s why she couldn’t even get time in AEW Dark. The pin at the end looks like some kinda carpet munching pin lol.
On another note. I think they can turn House of Black into what they originally wanted with Dark Order. A cult like, scary group, that grows as they turn people with the mist. Create a super faction with House of Black and Malakai’s preaching. He can do it man.

Damn and even more bad luck, Jake Atlas was hurt bad in his match with Cole on Rampage. Leg injury. Had to change the ending since he couldn’t put weight on it. MRI scheduled.
Was Atlas in NXT for a little? I recall the name, but not the person.
Dear lord what did I just watch? You could see better wrestling than that at some local National Guard Armory any night of the week.
Forgot he was even with WWE, to be honest. Maybe he could get back with revising RoH?
Danielson is on fire right now. I enjoyed the second match, but could’ve done without all the head contact stuff- makes me cringe. Fenix’s arm injury was effing nasty, that replay was brutal to watch afterwards. I doubt we see him at all the rest of the year.

Apparently Fenix’s arm is not broken, but is badly dislocated. So I think that would be major good news.
They brought him back and released him again - hhh prob wants to never speak to Vince - everything part of nxt (1.0) is gone and not on accident

It's as if WWE is purposefully trying to kill "the goose that laid the golden egg" that is their corporate existence.
WWE’s chance of surviving after Vince was HHH taking over. I think that’s gone at this point.
WWE still has mainstream recognition going for it if nothing else. A lot of non wrestling fans know who Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, HHH, John Cena, etc are. Not so with Adam Page, the Young Bucks, Jungle Boy, etc.
I was watching Rampage on replay the other day and my daughter walked by and said "why are you watching fake WWE"
I laughed and said it's AEW, it's actually better wrestling (like her 2 second attention span hadn't already moved on to her next game of Roblox)
I see both sides here - yes that’s true but hhh and Cena are basically done wrestling and Orton/reigns/lesnar aren’t getting any younger -
Sasha is getting into movie roles and I think Is around 30 but basically I think this nxt 2.0 is going to boom or bust them 5-10 years from now - it’s apparent Steiner will be a big star and they are signing these NIL deals to get these athletes that fit the Vince wwe mold - how many of them succeed will likely make or break them

The matches changed would have to be the Cody and Sammy match wouldn’t it? We know baker and Riho are fine. They were on dynamite. Unless there’s a tag match I’m forgetting.
Like I said, you can get better quality wrestling on the AEW weekly shows than that Day 1 "premium live event."
So when does hbk get released? He’s the last one of hhh’s cronies left?
