I’m not into the whole analysis but interesting how there was an overall increase btw q1-q2 which looks like the peak but then a slight drop off in the “key demo” for q2
We obviously got raw at the time and also Superstars on syndication. I’m wondering if it only happened on challenge (or if anyone knows, did it happen on raw?)

Hook, this short, scrawny guy with a haystack of hair, who comes to the ring wearing pink pants, a puffy jacket, and a BACKPACK, looks like he just got off the school bus at elementary school...I don't get it.
I thought he was scrawny too, but I think he weighs more then Adam Cole. They announced him at 201 which I found hard to believe, but idk. Him getting bear up for the suplex was impressive. He reminds me of James Dean.
I generally don’t pay much attention to listed weights. Cole is listed at 202, I’d be shocked if he was over 180. He’s not tall and is skinny with minimal muscle mass.
Imagine liking AEW but not liking a wrestler because they don’t look big and tough.

Whoa whoa whoa… I want it to be known I don’t like how AEW has handled Cage and Murder Hawk. I put Hook in the same category as Sammy. Athletic, charisma, capable… but not big and athletic. I can see Hook winning the TnT title, not sure after that. But I hate how they have handled the big guys outside of Miro.
The smaller guys are definitely getting more push like Allin, Cole, the Bucks, Hook, Sammy, Page and Jungle boy.
Do you guys remember what HHH looked like in his early 20s? He was a tall skinny kid. AEW has alot of kids. Let them grow into their bodies and become stars. Jungle Boy and Hook aren’t going to look like this forever.

I’m beyond over Jurassic Express. They do nothing for me. It’s a sad state of affairs when the most compelling member of your stable is Christian.
First time seeing Hook - no clue what he can do on the mic but he has the “it” factor in the ring. I see a bright future for him if he’s booked well.
It’s too bad Leyla Hirsch has such an average female build and not the “look,” because she’s the best female worker in AEW. Statlander is a stiff comparatively.
Cody/Sammy was great. Hated the ending and result but they put on a great show.

You mean like back when he was Terra Ryzing? Yeah, he was just a scrawny rake. Lol.
He was still really tall and had a wide frame to pit muscle mass in but he wasn’t anything near what he became because he was still a boy lol.

What hook has going for him is his Judo training. Being able to use his opponents weight against them, which he showed Saturday night. It really looks good in the ring and helps explain him overcoming bigger opponents.

So the paradox is aew maximizes the skills of the little guys and wwe maximizes the big guys - Ricochet would be awesome in aew and cage need to go to wwe
