Where have you been if this is just now news to you? Tony pretty commonly doesn’t put the real main event as the scheduled main event.

Ospreay has been much better on promos than I expected. He showed some flashes when he was going back and forth with Jericho before All In, but that promo he cut on Wednesday was elite level.
And they are doing a trios match with one team featuring QT and Parker Boudreau. Quite unbelievable this is the type of card they are putting on for their WrestleMania.
Have they done anything with Jade since the Rumble? Woman gets used less than Miro in AEW.
If I am a promoter I'm not paying any woman's wrestler a salary like that. Might as well invest it in Blockbuster Video because your return on investment will be the same. 🤣

Not buying that Perry report. We remember the AEW spin. Punk was a cancer and out of control. Tony feared for his life and made the only choice he could. We knew firing Punk was the wrong business move and AEW hasn't been right since, at least not ratings and attendance wise. Tony doesn't like in-person conflict, which is why he loves shit talking on twitter. That's safer for him. You think he's calling Triple H a bald asshole to his face? When HBK and Bret had their fight, Vince told them it stops there because he's trying to run a business and stuff like that not only splits the locker room but if one of them gets hurt in a backstage brawl, that costs the company and hurts their product. Tony Khan seems like an awkward, undersized college kid who looks 15 telling a couple jocks on the D1 football team to cut it out please and stop getting so personal with each other.
I'm not too bothered by this. Apparently Charlotte is making A TON too and I think she's slightly overrated. Okada was supposedly way underpaid in NJPW so if TK wants to act like he's his John Cena or Cody Rhodes, that's up to him. Mone is overpaid imo but she can make bank for the next 2-3 years then go back to WWE and hang out with her besties. All this does is make wrestlers in WWE (Becky, Seth, Drew, Punk, Cody, etc.) ask for more and I'm okay with that because WWE is rolling in money. I'm a bit more flabbergasted by how much Tony is probably paying Jericho and Moxley tbh. Whatever it is, it ain't worth it.
In retrospect ya charlotte is probably overpaid but I think they expected her to main event several ple and maybe a wm/not be as injury prone/also she’s Ric’s daughter.

Hope they finish up the Cage/Copeland feud tonight. It's time to put them in a stable together again, IMHO. And Christian is so great right now, I guess they'd have to heel out together.

So maybe they are doing a better job of making sure they are main roster ready instead of just arbitrarily calling them up?
AEW looks interesting tonight I’ll be watching to see Christian and a couple of those other matches.
Are they gonna do the Rock vs Mankind I Quit shady finish where it's just a recording? Copeland is never going to scream "I quit!" in a match and this feud isn't ending on a random spring Dynamite. Other than that, I'm interested in Kingston vs Okada. I think it's Canadian tour time so the crowds should be solid.
