Kyrie probably safe.. But lebron is Peyton.. He's more and more working the team from the office every year. Reminds me of the Coach Riley from the Mighty Duck.. "you lose this game and NONE of you are back next year".
Cavs would be dumb to get rid of Irving. He is just entering his peak years IMO.
If the Cavs could get a big time center, Cousins, I'd trade Irving in a heartbeat.
I wonder how this game might have been changed if they called Durant for his 3rd foul early in the 2nd quarter when he hit LeBron on the head. If GS would have taken out Durant for a bit there he wouldn't have blown up for that huge 21-2 run that changed the game.
How would that make sense ? Who is running point then ? If they could trade TT for Cousins there is your answer not trading Kyrie.
Lebron is already running the Point so that's moot point.
But with Lebron, he wants additional superstar not trade.
TT seems to be a distraction now with him being attached to the Kardashians. I think Love and TT are expendable.
The dude the Cavs need to sign asap this offseason is Paul George.

They do also have Bogut with injury. He should be better. i didn't get the whole deron williams thing.
Cavs traded their 1st round pick this year in a deep draft to rent Korver for this exact series. He is a FA after this year.

The Cavs have 5 players at least 36 years old. WHYYYYY???
Those are good veteran bench players that can play a role in a title run in a normal season. No one is beating the Warriors, this year, next year, or the year after if they stay together. This is a sure fire 3 peat.
If Lebron does Lebron and goes Super Team with the Spurs then I think that could end the Warriors dynasty but only that.
I give up Love for George, no hesitation. Love is a bad fit for Cleveland's up tempo style of play.

They WERE good veteran players. Now they're washed up and don't even hardly get on the court. The Cavs don't need a whole bunch of old veterans, they got LeBron f*cking James. The roster is way too imbalanced. It has no depth.
Little solace right now for LeBron but that last meaningless pass for a 3 pointer gave him exactly 50 assists for the series and LeBron is the first player in NBA history to average a triple double for an NBA finals series.
It really doesn't matter. The Warriors are too good. No one is beating them but themselves the next couple years.
The real question is where does Lebron leave Cleveland for next.
I wonder if the Cavs could have somehow kept Wiggins and also got Love if that would have mattered.
Give JR Smith credit he shot the lights out tonight so in a night where LeBron, Kyrie and JR Smith all were pretty great Cavs still didn't come close to winning because Durant is just that sick.

Another amazing Finals for LeBron, but he got no help. He deserves better. This GS team should win the next 5 or 6 -- if the trio stay together.
I guess you missed games 5, 6 and 7 of the 2016 NBA finals. He was pretty good those games.
I respect that opinion. I do think Kyrie is good but there are aspects of his game that get overblown.
In his defense though I think his lower back is bothering him and he's fighting through it.
Sure Lebron will go cry to the front office and demand at least 2 allstars added by midnight tomorrow.
