Cavs-Warriors Game 5 Thread

Lebron gets back on pace to be first player to lose 10 NBA Finals.

LOL I don't see him getting to 5 more, but you never know. He is what, 3-5 now? I know you are stating this in jest but he is gonna rack up the title losses now. I think he will lose at least the next 2 if he stays in Cleveland. After that it is hard to predict due to teams around him and other teams and dude is gonna go down in a couple years...one injury away like Kobe. If he stays healthy who knows how long he sustains this level.

I give up Love for George, no hesitation. Love is a bad fit for Cleveland's up tempo style of play.
I don't think Indiana would do that trade. Just to give you an idea of the value that Indiana wants back for Paul, they wanted 3 out the 4 of Bradley, Crowder, Brown, and Smart plus the 2017 Nets pick from the Celtics at the trade deadline this season.

.....righhtttttt... and my original point still stands.....that he fits the Cavs needs as long as his tibia holds up.
You're correct, but my point is that a clean break in your tibia has a greater chance of maintaining it's strength than if he had suffered a knee injury. Either way, we're both on the same page that George needs to be healthy to make a difference for the Cavs.

I hate LeBron. I actively root against him. I don't think he's greater than Jordan.

That said, losing 10 finals is an accomplishment in and of itself.

We want to laud players for going undefeated in the Finals. We want to believe that Jordan flipped a switch and rose to the occasion when it mattered most. But if there were some magical switch, why do you not flip it and always get to the finals?

I have a hard time punishing LeBron for losing in the finals and not punishing Jordan for those years he didn't even reach the Finals.
