Man, Brian and I get along so well these days but you and I just seem to butt heads, no pun intended. I was just being funny, this time.
Something worth remembering - old OAD John Wall has done more for UK from a recruiting perspective than pretty much every 4 year UK player going back to the Rupp era.
Ive been around sice 2005, not that new i know who is who on here way before fast paste, way before giving shooting tips to smooth, way before crownmewillma, and applebees trunk salesman guy. Dont assume. Im 100% UK so that should be sufficient for you.

Once they leave UK,, I rarely follow them at all.. Just don't like pro sports at all..
Wall was huge. No doubt. But I'd argue Pattersons recruitment at the time was as big for several reasons. 3 year player. Each era brings something different to aid recruiting along. I don't necessarily believe one is greater than the other.
Back to the Rupp era? Eh, maybe a stretch. I think it's highly arguable at least.
