I think UK will have the most success with Carr at the 5. His passing far exceeds Garrison and Williams at the top of the key.
I agree. Teams will smarten up and realize they should sag heavily on him.Imo Williams is the best passer but thats negated because hes otherwise terrible on offense. His defender just sags back clogging up everything.
Williams needs some face up game (decent jumper or ability to drive it) or hes just going to continue to hold us back on offense.

Agreed. He needs to keep shooting from outside, too.Carr at the 5 is our best lineup.
I total agree. Even if teams have two really good bigs we will run them ragged with that lineup!I see Pope working on the lines ups due to specific teams playing specific ways. We will have several options moving forward. The best lineup to me is Carr, Brea, Robinson, Oweh and Butler. We have shooters, drivers, passers, defense and more. Garrison will be our best big man by the end of the year (I think). Williams will have good games, Carr is good at the 4 or the 5 but Brea and Robinson gets the same amount of rebounds Carr does typically when they play the 4. We have 3 different line ups right now that work in situations. We have 2 main line ups and typically one will give us a lift each game. Last night both played and did enough but the small ball line up was the lift.
Williams has been a bit of a disappointment to me. I was expecting much better shot blocking and rebounding. He doesn't seem to play hard all of the time, just standing & watching as smaller guys get rebounds and shots. His offense is very weak, but that was said early on.They already are. Duke did it to us and wky copied it. Garrison is better at driving the ball which helps but it sucks to take Williams off the court because hes so good in every other aspect.
