Would love to see them lose out the regular season and then the first game of the tournament
First their preseason prediction of making the College Football Playoff falls through. And now this?
All over their undies. They must wear diapers by now with all that mess.
That’s a guarantee, you talking about at Purdue and then a tournament which they have never won and the Covid year was the first year the won a game in forever then had it canceled. They have never won the B1G tournament. That’s a level of ineptness not seen since Nebraska football.
It's been said a million times but this stat is astounding to me. IU has been past the Sweet 16 exactly one time since 1993. And that was a fluke run in 2002. That's not blueblood.
Maybe it's just me but I'm seeing a pattern with iu
A few more stats along with my favorite cited by Jedwar above about Indiana only getting beyond the Elite Eight once since 1993:
* Indiana has assured it will NOT have a winning B10 record for SIXTH straight year.
* Indiana may need to win B10 Tourney to get a bid or win at Purdue Saturday. Indiana has NEVER won the B10 Tourney.
* If Indiana misses the NCAA tournament this year it'll be the TENTH year without an NCAA appearance in 14 seasons.
* Indiana has been to the NCAA tournament four times since 2008. Kentucky has been to the Final Four 4 times since 2011.
And finally, this one which puts a lie to the idea that Indiana was Elite on Kentucky's level until this recent three-decade dry spell: In program history, Indiana has gone to the NCAA tournament 39 times. Kentucky has gone to the Elite Eight or better 38 times.

Rutgers beating them in Ass. Hall is enjoyably devastating and crushing to their bubble hopes. The home loss to Rutgers was a Quad THREE loss for them... ahhh ... hahahahaha !!! LOL !!

UK 38 Elite Eight appearances
MY GOODNESS. The horror for Hoosiers ! That ... just cannot be, can it?
I would also add, that 39 elite eight appearances is just an incredible stat. UNC has 28 next most, Kansas 24, Duke & UCLA 22. Indiana is not even close to the top 10 with only 11.

Last night my wife and I were watching something on tv when I checked scores, saw where IU had lost their lead and it was going down to the wire. We switched to the game and saw that last-second gut-busting 3 go in for Rutgers and we both jumped, yelled and hi-fived as if it was a UK game. Funny as hell!

That’s some good work Md. I would personally pay to have this put on banners and have them hung in over the ASSembly Hall if I was allowed to. Of course, UK’s banner would be blue and white and that wouldn’t match up much with the clown warm ups! Keep on sucking IU! I have faith in you.
My feelings are aren’t hurt by yet another February IU implosion.

I posted it early today, my prediction stands that IU does in fact suck right after 4pm.
Indiana Basketball has evolved into a complete joke and as someone who spent a lot of time in Southern Indiana in the 80s and 90s I just have to say I love it.

Announcer said that IF Indiana wins ...”they’re DEFINITELY making the case for a POSSIBLE NCAA bid”
