It would be neat to have some trophy or barrel to play over, though something related to alcohol is not the best to use. Something that both states are known for (music related, horses, tobacco, etc) would work.

The beer barrel has so many Tennessee wins etched on it, it should remain permanently retired or destroyed. This has been an extremely one sided rivalry in football.
