There isn't an AD in the nation that hasn't made some bad hires at some point. It happens even at the sports juggernauts like Bama, UT, ND, UNC, Texas, etc. It's a harder job than it looks from a keyboard. Gets even harder when at non-powerhouse schools when fans don't support who is hired from the get go.

Yeah. That was the point I was trying to make. His hires haven't screwed our athletics, it's the position he puts us in with the contracts that has.
