It seems Cal has more trust in Ulis than any point guard he has ever coached. It's awesome to know the coach has as much faith in this kid as we all do. He's going to end the year being a 1st team all American and be the best point guard in the country. After this, he has no choice but to enter the NBA and none of us will think negatively about the decision. I can't remember Cal ever having so much trust in a guy expected to be the leader of his team. It will still take some playing together for our guys to get used to playing together, but what a hell of a head start we are going to have over most Cal coached years with Ulis being in his second year in the program. I know the kid is a pass first type of player, but this year I hope he decides to take a few more shots and be more involved in our offense. He's such a dead on shooter. If he shoots 40% from 3, that's the type of guy you want taking more shots.

UL fans practice reports begin with Sexual Harassment training, some Hooker Awareness drills, Defending your 6 against sex toys, drunk dribbling, avoiding the Clap on the baseline, passing out after the cawk-block in hopes of being prepared for double-teaming your whore.

i think he is going to have to take more shots. shorter shot clock...going to have to play more aggressive. after you get the ball up and get in the right position to start, only going to be 20 seconds left. plenty of time if you pass and move with urgency. but after 2, 3 or 4 passes an shot is going to have to go up. he cant shy away from shots

Defending the hair brush drive, pick and roll in a borrowed car, side door entry, how to take a taze...

For Poythress to be able to be going full speed ten months after an ACL injury is phenomenal. I'm hoping he breaks out this year with the Alex we've always anticipated.

Come on guys, we are the ones in the wrong and ruining college basketball. UL fans tried to warn us how bad it was to turn these kids into millionaires but we wouldn't listen. The #hosb4pros is a huge movement going on in college basketball nowadays and we are all Missing out. Our way may take care of several generations of family, but their way, you get laid. Enough said.

Ulis is gonna be incredible this year. But, i'd have to say my dude at Wichita State- Fred Van Vleet is gonna be chalks going him for that title . 2 "undersized" and not freakishly athletic PGs who may end up the 2 best in country this year.

Trust me, we all know about the Van Fleet kid well enough. He will be tough to stop, but if we face them in the tourney, we will just have to out talent them everywhere else on the court. Since I believe Ulis will be the best point guard in the nation this coming year, I wouldn't even say Van Fleet is an advantage over us at pg. He's a good player. Most of us will cheer for him all year, unless he's facing us. If he's too physical for Ulis, we also have Briscoe at 2 guard to Throw at Him and I doubt many guards in the nation will be able to out physical this kid.

Yes but the Jayhawk lurkers want to know if this is objective or not.
Yeah the basket Mulder was shooting at was bigger than normal, the goals were only 9' tall and the court was shorter, now do all the KU fans feel better:)

In other practice news.....Cal says UK having trouble with hookers,it seems Poy and Skal were working on hook shots and weren't getting it in the hole,Cal stops practice says "enough with the hookers work on catching lobs and finishing."
