Am I Crazy Or Did This Happen?

I was watching tv and saw the movie Radio was on. If you didn't see it, it was about a mentally handicapped man named James "Radio" Kennedy that was basically the team's mascot for the T.L. Hanna High School football team. That is the school that I believe Raphael Little attended. Now the part I am wondering about is do I remember him leading our team onto the field for a game while Raphael Little was here or am I crazy? I can't find anything about it online and don't recall what game it might have been or if I am remembering incorrectly.

He actually did it a couple of times if I'm not mistaken. I know I was there at least one of the times.

Yes he did lead the team out at least a couple of times. I met 'Radio' at a TL Hanna high school game and while he looks nothing like Cuba Gooding, the actor seemed to have played him fairly accurately.
