FSU is in a rough place financially but at same time time is important here.

No, Norvell doesn't return in 2023 with 5-6 wins in 2022. Hell, they won 6 games this year. They hired him to make the program better and if he's no better than .500 in year 3 he's gone.

He's already clearly on the hot seat.
