When talking to younger UK fans about the hopes of UK football, I feel like Brooks from Shawshank Redemption telling Andy about the hopelessness of six wardens in his lifetime and how there was not one of them whose asshole wouldn't pucker up tighter than a snare drum when you asked them for funds.

Honest question - how much of it is the players? I know we have better talent than is being shown.
I said in another post somewhere (here maybe? LOL) that I thought we had the talent, but it was used poorly, not developed - and there is some sort of mental collapse thing going. That shouldn't be on the team, it's on the coaching staff. Am I wrong here? TIA for your responses

I thinks it's a great question. I'm not sure UK has the room to mix and match players and coaches too much.
