This game f...ing sucks in many ways.
Not really they put the back up in that’s usually our kryptonite.I'll just state the obvious: A Pavia concussion might be the only thing that can save us.
I know our history against backup QBs and beg to differI'll just state the obvious: A Pavia concussion might be the only thing that can save us.
Pavia recovered it, btw.
So after Stoops using the timeout does their starting QB get to come back in?
Has to sit out at least one play.So after Stoops using the timeout does their starting QB get to come back in?
Uh backup QB's are a bigger kryptonite to us than 3rd and long on defense.I'll just state the obvious: A Pavia concussion might be the only thing that can save us.
It was close, but I don’t know how you can say one way or another whether his knee was down based on the replays we’ve seen. This looks like a foolish waste of a timeout.
Yep, The QB was down before the ball came out and now we are behind and down to 2 timeouts. If we don't get a stop here it could be over.Waste of a timeout.
Stoops has a point with this one. These chuckle - ferks called a forward pass a fumble earlier. They get absolutely no benefit of the doubt from here on out.Is Stoops' only function to argue with the refs?
Probably doesn't matter, we look pathetic on both sides of the ball. Our offense should be well rested.
I know our history against backup QBs and beg to differ
We’ll just agree to disagree on this one. I don’t like using a second half timeout just to send a message to the refs when it looks like this could be a close game where we need that later for clock management. It's not foolish. It forces the officials' hand. Sometimes you do it to light a fire
